(A) 난소화부의 함량이 80% 이상이며, (B) 1??4 글리코시드결합의 글루코오스잔기 30∼35%를 포함하고, (C) 평균분자량이 510∼965이며, (D) 하기의 식으로 산출되는 평균분자량 Y를 갖고, Y=-293+106.004·X, 여기서, X는 「하꼬모리의 메틸화법」에 의해 측정된 1??4, 1??6 글리코시드결합을 갖는 글루코오스잔기의 양이며, 상기한 산출된 값 Y는 실측된 평균분자량의 20% 이내의 범위에 있고, (E) 평균분자량의 중량과 상기한 것의 분자량의 비가 25:1이며, 배소덱스트린을 얻기 위해 감자전분에 염산을 첨가하여 가열처리하고, 배소덱스트린을 알파아밀라아제와 글루코아밀라아제로 가수분해하고, 가수분해물로부터 형성된 글루코오스의 적어도 1/2을 제거하고, 글루코오스분 이외의 것으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 난소화성 덱스트린.

Claims (14)

  1. (A) 난소화부의 함량이 80% 이상이며, (B) 1-4 글리코시드결합의 글루코오스잔기 30∼35%를 포함하고, (C) 평균분자량이 510∼965이며, (D) 하기의 식으로 산출되는 평균분자량 Y를 갖고, Y=-293+106.004·X, 여기서, X는 「하꼬모리의 메틸화법」에 의해 측정된 1??4, 1??6 글리코시드결합을 갖는 글루코오스잔기의 양이며, 상기한 산출된 값 Y는 실측된 평균분자량의 20% 이내의 범위에 있고, (E) 평균분자량의 중량과 상기한 것의 분자량의 비가 25:1이며, 배소덱스트린을 얻기 위해 감자전분에 염산을 첨가하여 가열처리하고, 배소덱스트린을 알파아밀라아제와 글루코아밀라아제로 가수분해하고, 가수분해물로부터 형성된 글루코오스의 적어도 1/2을 제거하고, 글루코오스분 이외의 것으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 난소화성 덱스트린.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 35%의 글루코오스를 포함하고, 적어도 37% 이상의 난소화부를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 난소화성 덱스트린.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 분리된 글루코오스가 적어도 18% 이상의 식물섬유를 함유하고, 글루코오스를 포함하여 적어도 7.8% 이상의 식물섬유를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난소화성 덱스트린.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 난소화성 덱스트린의 칼로리 값-1이 분리글루코오스가 2Kcal/g 이하, 글루코오스를 포함한 칼로리값-1이 3.11Kcal/g 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 난소화성 덱스트린.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 난소화성 덱스트린의 칼로리 값-2가 분리글루코오스가 1.5Kcal/g 이하, 글루코오스를 포함한 칼로리값-2이 2.9Kcal/g 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 난소화성 덱스트린.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 난소화성 덱스트린의 혈청지질성분의 개선작용을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 난소화성 덱스트린.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 난소화성 덱스트린이 정장작용을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 난소화성 덱스트린.
  8. 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 난소화성 덱스트린이 혈압강하 작용을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 난소화성 덱스트린.
  9. 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 난소화성 덱스트린이 대장암예방작용을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 난소화성 덱스트린.
  10. 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 난소화성 덱스트린이 인슐린분비를 억제하는 작용을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 난소화성 덱스트린.
