Abstract

본 발명은 0.1 내지 110ppm의 중수소를 함유하는 인체에 적절한 유효성분의 물 또는 수용액과 임의의 담체및/또는 보조제로 이루어진 제약 생성물 또는 약용액제 형태의 종양을 치료하기 위한 생성물에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 생성물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Description

종양 치료를 위한 제약 생성물 및 그의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 증수소 함량이 감소(v:30ppm)되었거나 정상(v:150ppm)인 물로 제조된 영양액의 G1상(phase)에서 동시시작한 후의 마우스-섬유아세포 L929의 성장을 나타낸 것이다.
제2도는 30 내지 5000ppm의 증수소를 함유하는 영양배지(a : 30;b : 150;C : 300;d : 600;e : 1250;f : 5000ppm D)에서 마우스-섬유아세포 L929를 배양한 후 이들의 상대적인 양을 결정하여 얻어진 결과를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 유효성분으로 0.1 내지 110ppm의 중수소를 함유하는 인체에 적절한 물 및/또는 수용액과 임의의 담체및/또는 보조제로 이루어진 제약 생성물 또는 약용액제 형태의 종양을 치료하기 위한 생성물.
  2. 0.1 내지 110ppm의 증수소를 함유하는 생리식염수 형태의 제1항에 따른 제약 생성물.
  3. 알콜이 없거나 소량인 과일 시럽, 청량음료 또는 맥주 형태의 제1항에 따른 0.1 내지 110ppm의 증수소를 함유하는 약용약제.
  4. 전기분해 및/또는 증류에 의해 유효성분으로 0.1 내지 110ppm의 증수소를 함유하는 물 및/또는 수용액을 생산하고, 0.1 내지 110ppm의 증수소를 함유하는 상기 물 및/또는 수용액과 임의의 담체 및 보조제를 제약 생성물 또는 약용액제로 변형하는 단계로 이루어진 종양을 치료하기 위한 제1항에 따른 생성물의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 생리식염수는 0.1 내지 110ppm의 증수소를 함유하는 제약 생성물로 제조되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 알콜이 없거나 소량인 과일시럽, 청량음료 또는 맥주는 0.1 내지 110ppm의 증수소를 함유하는 약용액제로 제조되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 생성물은 0.1 내지 110ppm의 증수소를 함유하는 주사액제, 주입액제, 시럽제, 쥬스제 또는 함수 연고제의 형태로 제조되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 0.1 내지 110ppm의 증수소를 함유하는 물 및/또는 수용액의 종양을 예방 또는 치료하기 위한 용도.
