Abstract
열가소성 수지 몸체부 및 상기 수지 몸체부를 덮고 있는 표피재를 포함하는 다층성형품의 제조방법에 있어서, 한쌍의 금형(1,7)사이에 표피재를 공급하는 단계, 금형 폐쇄 방향에 수직방향으로 가동인 표피재 유지 프레임(3)과 상기 금형 폐쇄 방향으로 가동인 표피재 지지프레임(9)과의 사이에서 상기 표피재를 유지하는 단계, 소정의 열가소성수지 융체를 공급하는 단계 및 상기금형을 폐쇄하여 다층 성형품을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 금형 폐쇄 방향의 전후방으로 가동인 적어도 하나의 가동부재(11)가 금형면(8)주위에 구비되어 상기 수지융체의 공급후에 상기 금형 폐쇄방향으로 후퇴하며 상기 표피재 유지프레임(3)상에 구비된 적어도 하나의 이젝터(5)가 이젝팅되어 금형의 중심쪽으로 표피재의 연부(19)를 접고 상기 가동 부재(11)는 금형면(8)까지 진행하여 수지 몸체부의 후부로 표피재의 연부를 꺽어 접는 것을 특징으로 다층 성형품의 제조방법.

Claims (4)
- 열가소성 수지 몸체부 및 상기 수지 몸체부를 덮고 있는 표피재를 포함하는 다층성형품의 제조방법에 있어서, 한쌍의 금형(1,7)사이에 표피재를 공급하는 단계, 금형 폐쇄 방향에 수직방향으로 가동인 표피재 유지 프레임(3)과 상기 금형 폐쇄 방향으로 가동인 표피재 지지프레임(9)과의 사이에서 상기 표피재를 유지하는 단계, 소정의 열가소성 수지 융체를 공급하는 단계, 및 상기금형을 폐쇄바여 다층성형품을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 금형 폐쇄 방향의 전후방으로 가동인 적어도 하나의 가동부재(11)가 금형면(8) 주위에 구비되어 상기 수지융체의 공급후에 상기 금형 폐쇄 방향으로 후퇴하며 ; 상기 표피재 유지 프레임(3)상에 구비된 적어도 하나의 이젝터(5)가 이젝팅되어 금형의 중심쪽으로 표피재의 연부(19)를 접고; 상기 가동부재(11)는 금형면(8)까지 진행하여 수지 몸체부의 후부로 표피재의 연부를 꺽어 접는 것을 특징으로 다층성형품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표피재유지 프레임(3)상에는 적어도 하나의 절단 블레이드가 구비되며, 상기 표피재의 연부(21)의 변두리부가 상기 절단블레이드에 의해 절단된 후에 상기 가동부재(11)가 상기 금형면(8)으로 부터 후퇴하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층성형품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 상기 수지 몸체부의 후부의 일부를 상기 가동 부재(11)의 선단부에 구비된 히터(18)로써 용융하는 단계, 상기 금형면(8)으로 부터 상기가동부재(11)를 후퇴시키는 단계, 상기 이젝트(5)를 이젝팅하여 상기 금형의 중심쪽으로 표피재의 연부(19)를 접는 단계, 및 상기금형면(8)까지 상기 가동부재(11)를 전진시켜 상기 수지 몸체부의 후부로 표피재의 연부를 접어 상기 수지 몸체부의 용융부에 결합시키는 단계를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 다층성형품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 표피재의 접혀진 부분에 대응하는 표피재 유지 프레임의 일부에 구비된 히터(20)로써 상기 표피재을 부분적으로 가열하는 단계 및 상기 금형의 중심쪽으로 상기 표피재의 연부(19)를 접는 단계를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 다층 성형품의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
