Abstract

一种模内装饰的成型装置,包括公模、母模、薄膜及压合块。母模设有型腔,压合块可滑动地装设于母模与公模之间,薄膜敷设于型腔的内壁及压合块靠近型腔的一端面上。合模时,压合块朝向型腔方向滑动并推动薄膜,使其覆盖于型腔的开口处而敷设于成型件的端部。本发明还提供一种相应的模内装饰的成型方法。本发明的模内装饰的成型装置及成型方法通过设置压合块而将用于模内装饰的薄膜包覆到型腔的端部,并延伸到型腔的下底面,从而避免薄膜由于向分模面弯折而出现的转印层缺失的情况,保证了成型件的完整性和成品率。

Description

模内装饰的成型装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种成型装置,特别涉及一种模内装饰的成型装置。
背景技术
利用注塑工艺形成塑料制品时,常常需要在塑料制品上绘制装饰性的文字或图案。常用的绘制文字或图案的方法为二次加工的方法,即:将塑料制品注塑完成后,再在已经成型的塑料制品上进行印刷、喷涂等工序,最终形成具有文字或图案的塑料制品。
二次加工的方法的工序较为烦琐,其生产周期也较长。模内装饰的工艺可以缩短生产周期,提高生产效率。图1及图2所示为现有技术中一种模内装饰技术所使用的成型装置的示意图。该成型装置包括一套具有型腔10的模具20与薄膜30,模具20包括公模22及母模24。薄膜30敷设于公模22与母模24之间,并贴合于型腔10的内壁上,薄膜30的两端压合在公模22与母模24相接处的分模面上。
薄膜30的基体上设有具装饰性的文字或图案的转印层32。成型时,将塑料注入公模22与母模24之间的型腔10内,冷却开模后,转印层32与薄膜30的基体分离而附着在成型件40上,从而经过一次注塑成型即可形成带有文字或图案的塑料制品。
由于薄膜30是在型腔10内壁与分型面处发生弯折,容易产生转印层32不能完全贴合到成型件40边缘表面及端部上的情况。此时,在成型件40上所形成的文字或图案即会产生缺失,而影响产品的完整性和成品率。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种模内装饰的成型装置,其可以在成型件的边缘表面及端部形成完整的文字或图案。
一种模内装饰的成型装置,包括公模、母模、薄膜及压合块。所述母模设有型腔,所述压合块可滑动地装设于所述母模与所述公模之间,所述公模相对于所述型腔设有配合部,所述配合部上相对于所述压合块的滑动方向的位置处开设有用于收容压合块的末端的凹陷,所述薄膜敷设于所述型腔的内壁及所述压合块靠近所述型腔的一端面上,合模时,所述压合块朝向所述型腔方向滑动并推动所述薄膜,使其覆盖于所述型腔的开口处而敷设于成型件的端部,所述压合块的末端收容于所述配合部的凹陷。
上述模内装饰的成型装置通过设置压合块而将用于模内装饰的薄膜包覆到型腔的端部,并延伸到型腔的下底面,从而避免薄膜由于向分模面弯折而出现的转印层缺失的情况,保证了成型件的完整性和成品率。

具体实施方式
如图3所示,本发明模内装饰的成型装置的较佳实施方式包括模具50、薄膜60与压合块70。
模具50包括公模52与母模54。母模54开设一型腔56。公模52对应母模54的型腔56突设一配合部58。
薄膜60敷设于型腔56内,并贴合于型腔56的内壁上,且其面向公模52的一面上设有具文字或图案的油墨层62。
压合块70设于母模54的分模面上并位于母模54与公模52之间。薄膜60还敷设于压合块70靠近型腔56的端面上。压合块70可相对于公、母模52、54沿着分模面延伸的方向滑动,从而可以将薄膜60的端部推动到公模52的配合部58处并覆盖型腔56的部分开口。驱动压合块70相对模具50滑动的动力装置(图未示)可以是电机、气压机械或液压机械等。
如图4所示,合模成型时,将薄膜60连同设置于其上的油墨层62移入模具50的型腔56内对准固定,使得薄膜60贴合在模具50的母模54上。薄膜60贴合后,动力装置驱动压合块70相对于模具50运动至末端抵顶于公模52的配合部58上,使得薄膜60的端部被推动而覆盖在压合块70的面向型腔56的表面上。向型腔56内注入塑料至充满整个型腔56,以形成成型件80。薄膜60连同设置于其上的油墨层62即被附着在成型件80上。冷却后脱模时,将公、母模52、54分离并将成型件80取出,从而成型件80即与模具50分开。薄膜60连同油墨层62留在成型件80上,以形成所需的文字或图案。由于薄膜60覆盖了型腔56的整个内壁,因而,便使成型件80的外表面形成文字或图案,不会出现油墨层62未能附着的现象,保证了成型件80的完整性。同时,由于薄膜60进一步覆盖了型腔56的部分开口,还可以满足在成型件80的位于所述部分开口的端面上形成文字或图案的需求。
如图5所示,本发明模内装饰的成型装置的另一种较佳实施方式与图3所示的结构类似,不同之处在于:该公模52的配合部58侧面开设一凹陷522以容置压合块70的末端。
凹陷522位于公模52的配合部58与压合块70的滑动方向相应的位置处,合模成型时,压合块70相对于模具50滑动至覆盖型腔56的部分开口并与凹陷522相配合,从而将薄膜60压制在模具50的型腔56内。该凹陷522可以为任何可以收容压合块70的形状。通过该凹陷522与压合块70的配合,薄膜60可以覆盖型腔56的部分开口,在保证成型件80的完整性的同时还可以满足在成型件80的端面上形成文字或图案的需求。
如图6所示,本发明模内装饰的成型装置的另一较佳实施方式与图3所示的结构类似,但薄膜90敷设于模具50的公模52与母模54之间,且部分位于模具50的型腔56内。薄膜90位于型腔56内的部分被贴合于型腔56的内壁上,且其面向公模52的一面上设有具文字或图案的转印层92。
如图7所示,合模成型时,将薄膜90连同设置于其上的转印层92移入模具50的型腔56内对准固定,使得薄膜90贴合在模具50的母模54上。薄膜90贴合后,动力装置驱动压合块70相对于模具50运动至末端抵顶于公模52的配合部58上,使得薄膜90处于型腔56开口处的部分被推动而覆盖在压合块70的面向型腔56的表面上。向型腔56内注入塑料至充满整个型腔56,以形成成型件94。转印层92即被附着在成型件94上。冷却后脱模时,将公、母模52、54分离并将成型件94取出,从而成型件94即与模具50分开。转印层92脱离薄膜90而留在成型件94上,以形成所需的文字或图案。由于薄膜90覆盖了型腔56的整个内壁,因而,便使成型件94的外表面形成文字或图案,不会出现转印层92未能附着的现象,保证了成型件94的完整性。同时,由于薄膜90进一步覆盖了型腔56的部分开口,还可以满足在成型件94的位于所述部分开口的端面上形成文字或图案的需求。
上述模内装饰的成型装置设置压合块将用于模内装饰的薄膜包覆型腔的整个内部并覆盖型腔的部分开口,从而避免薄膜由于向分模面弯折而出现的转印层缺失的情况,保证了成型件的完整性和成品率,还可以满足在成型件的端面上形成文字或图案的需求。

Claims (5)

1.一种模内装饰的成型装置,包括公模、母模、薄膜及压合块,所述母模设有型腔,所述压合块可滑动地装设于所述母模与所述公模之间,所述公模相对于所述型腔设有配合部,所述配合部上相对于所述压合块的滑动方向的位置处开设有用于收容压合块的末端的凹陷,所述薄膜敷设于所述型腔的内壁及所述压合块靠近所述型腔的一端面上,合模时,所述压合块朝向所述型腔方向滑动并推动所述薄膜,使其覆盖于所述型腔的开口处而敷设于成型件的端部,所述压合块的末端收容于所述配合部的凹陷。
2.如权利要求1所述的模内装饰的成型装置,其特征在于:所述压合块是由驱动装置所驱动,所述驱动装置为电机、气压机械或液压机械。
3.如权利要求1所述的模内装饰的成型装置,其特征在于:所述薄膜上设有油墨层,所述油墨层与所述薄膜在成型件成型后附着于所述成型件上。
4.如权利要求1所述的模内装饰的成型装置,其特征在于:所述薄膜上设有转印层,所述转印层在成型件成型后附着于所述成型件上而与所述薄膜分离。
5.如权利要求1所述的模内装饰的成型装置,其特征在于:所述薄膜的一部分还压合于所述公、母模之间。
