폐수 정제방법
[도면의 간단한 설명]
제1도 및 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 정제공정의 방법을 나타낸 것이고,
제3도 및 제4도는 본 발명의 방법이 사용된 예를 나타낸 것이고,
제5도는 본 발명을 실행하는 장치의 예에 대한 입면도이다.
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
Claims (6)
- 폐수의 정제방법에 있어서, 2종 이상의 응집제를 폐수에 넣고 함께 교반 및 혼합하여 무기물질과 유기물질을 부유 침전시키는 제1공정, 및 상기 제1공정을 1회 이상 반복하는 제2 공정으로 이루어지는 겻을 특징으로하는 폐수정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공정에 사용된 응집제가 칼슘 함유 물질과, 폴리염화알루미늄, 염화철, 황산알루미늄, 백반, 규산나트륨, 염산, 수산화나트륨, 세제, 중합체 응집제, 탄산칼슘, 중탄산나트륨, 수산화칼슘, 황산철, 황산암모늄, 알민산나트륨, 염화아연, 염화알루미늄, 황산알루미늄, 칼륨, 황산마그네슘, 염화마그네슘, 차아염소산나트륨, 염산, 황산, 질산, 인산, 붕산, 계면활성제, 세정제, 암모니아, 염소, 오존, 산소, 안정화된 이산화염소, 황, 탄산나트륨, 염화철 및 규산나트륨, 중의 한가지 이상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 폐수 정제방법에 있어서, 폐수에 2종 이상의 응집제를 넣고 함께 교반 및 혼합하여 잔류의 무기 물질과 유기물질을 부유 및 침전시키는 제1 공정, 상기 제1 공정에서 얻어진 상층액에 3종 이상의 응집제를 넣고 함께 교반 및 혼합하여 잔류의 무기물질과 유기물질을 부유 및 침전시키는 제2 공정, 및 상기 제1 공정과 제2 공정중의 한가지 이상을 1회이상 반복하는 제3 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 공정에 사용된 응집제가 칼슘함유 화합물과 폴리염화알루미늄, 염화철, 백반, 규산나트륨, 염산, 수산화나트륨, 세제, 중합체 응집제, 탄산칼슘, 중탄산나트륨, 수산화칼슘, 황산철, 황산알루미늄, 알민산나트륨, 염화아연, 염화암루미늄, 황산알루미늄, 칼륨, 황산 마그네슘, 염화마그네슘, 차아염소산나트륨, 염산, 황산, 질산, 인산, 붕산 계면활성제, 세정제, 암모니아, 염소, 오존, 산소, 안정화된 이산화염소, 황, 탄산나트륨, 염화철 및 규산나트륨중의 한가지 이상으로 이루어지는 겻을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공정, 제2 공정 및 제3공정중의 한가지 이상의 공정에서 폐수에 배기가스를 도입하여 그 배기가스를 정제시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공정, 제2 공정 및 제3 공정중의 한가지 이상의 공정에 중화제를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
