Claims (4)
- 소화 슬러지에 염화나트륨을 첨가하여 염화암모늄과 중탄산나트륨을 형성하고 동시 또는 이시에 소화 슬러지에 염산 또는 황산을 첨가하여 염화암모늄 또는 황산암모늄을 형성하는 제1단계;
상기 염화나트륨을 첨가한 소화 슬러지 및 상기 산을 첨가한 소화 슬러지를 고액 분리하고, 고형물은 혼합 및 중화시켜서 케이크를 형성하고, 액체는 청등 시키는 2단계; 및
상기 액체 중 외부로 폐기되는 액체에 포함된 염화암모늄을 알칼리토금속 산화물로 분해하여 암모니아가스를 분리하고, 상기 액체의 일부에 진한 염산을 가하여 분리된 암모니아를 중화흡수하여 염화암모늄을 농축시켜 결정으로 석출시키는 제3 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 각 단계에서 생성된 공정가스에서 유황성분을 제거하고 암모니아를 흡수제거하고 나서 탄산가스를 흡수하며 잉여탄산가스와 나머지 가스를 탈취 후 배출 처리하는 소화 슬러지 및 폐수의 감소 및 가스의 처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 액체 중 폐수로 배출될 액체에 포함된 염화암모늄과 인산성분 및 잔여 산을 알카리토금속 산화물로 중화 및 분해하여 각각 상기 염화암모늄을 암모니아가스로, 인산성분을 금속인산염으로 침전시켜 제거하고, 상기 잔여 산을 중화하고 나서, 다시 탄산가스로 알카리토금속의 이온을 제거하고, 묽은 염산으로 폐수의 pH를 조정하는 소화 슬러지 및 폐수의 감소 및 가스의 처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 염화암모늄의 결정화는 상기 염화암모늄이 농축된 액체에 고체 형태의 염화나트륨을 용해시키고 염화암모늄과 염화나트륨의 용해도 차이에 의하여 염화암모늄의 결정을 석출시키며,
상기 염화암모늄의 결정이 석출을 종료한 액체 중 일부는 진한 염산을 첨가하여 상기 제3단계로 순환 이동하며,
상기 염화암모늄의 결정이 석출을 종료한 액체 중 일부를 알칼리토금속산화물을 첨가하여 액체 내에 잔류하는 염화암모늄과 염산을 제거한 후, 상기 제1단계의 염화나트륨 공급원으로 이용하는 소화 슬러지 및 폐수의 감소 및 가스의 처리 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 염화암모늄에서 분해된 암모니아 가스는 유황성분을 제거하고 상기 제1단계 또는 상기 제3단계로 이동하며,
상기 흡수된 탄산가스는 알카리토금속 이온을 이용하여 탄산염으로 제거하고, 잉여 탄산가스는 탈취 후 배출하는 소화 슬러지 및 폐수의 감소 및 가스의 처리 방법.
