Claims (9)
- 유입되는 폐수 내에 존재하는 용존성 인과 암모늄, 마그네슘이 결합되는 MAP 반응을 통해 MAP 결정을 생성하는 1차 MAP 반응을 유도하기 위한, 멤브레인 필터가 결합된 1차 MAP 반응조(10);
상기 1차 MAP 반응조(10) 내에 잔존하는 MAP 결정과 SS 및 입자성 물질을 포함하는 슬러지가 유입되고, SS 및 입자성 물질을 포함하는 슬러지 내에 존재하는 입자성 인을 용존성 인으로 전환시키는 가용화 장치가 결합된 가용화조(20);
상기 가용화조(20)를 거치면서 입자성 인이 대부분 용존성 인으로 전환된 슬러지와 MAP 결정이 함께 유입되고, 2차 MAP 반응을 유도하여 상기 1차 MAP 반응조(10)에서 생성된 MAP 결정을 성장시킬 수 있는 2차 MAP 반응조(30); 및,
상기 1,2차 MAP 반응조(10,30)를 거치면서 생성 및 성장된 일정 크기 이상의 MAP 결정들을 거를 수 있는 회수·분리장치(40);로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 인 제거 및 회수 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
폐수 내 존재하는 용존성 인 또는 암모늄의 농도에 따라 상기 1차 MAP 반응조(10) 또는 2차 MAP 반응조(30) 내에 마그네슘 또는 용존성 인을 추가로 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 인 제거 및 회수 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
pH 증가를 통한 MAP 반응효율 향상을 위해 상기 1차 MAP 반응조(10) 또는 2차 MAP 반응조(30) 내에 알칼리성 물질을 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 인 제거 및 회수 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 가용화 장치는 초음파 케비테이션인 것을 특징으로 하는, 인 제거 및 회수 장치. - (a) 멤브레인 필터가 설치된 1차 MAP 반응조(10)에서 1차 MAP 반응조(10)로 유입되는 폐수 내에 존재하는 용존성 인과 암모늄, 마그네슘이 결합되는 MAP 반응을 통해 MAP 결정이 생성되는 단계;
(b) 상기 1차 MAP 반응조(10)에서 용존성 인의 농도와 pH에 따라 일정시간 MAP 반응을 유도한 후, 1차 MAP 반응조(10) 내 설치된 멤브레인 필터를 통하여 1차 MAP 반응조(10) 내의 MAP 반응처리된 폐수를 유출하는 단계;
(c) 상기 멤브레인 필터를 통한 MAP 반응처리된 폐수의 유출 후, 1차 MAP 반응조(10) 내에 잔존하는 MAP 결정과, SS 및 입자성 물질을 포함하는 슬러지가 가용화 장치가 결합된 가용화조(20)로 유입되고, 가용화조(20)에서 SS 및 입자성 물질을 포함하는 슬러지 내에 존재하는 입자성 인이 용존성 인으로 전환되는 단계;
(d) 상기 가용화조(20)를 거치게 되면서 입자성 인이 대부분 용존성 인으로 전환된 슬러지와 MAP 결정이 2차 MAP 반응조(30) 내로 유입되고, 2차 MAP 반응조(30) 내에서 2차 MAP 반응을 유도하여 상기 1차 MAP 반응조(10)에서 생성된 MAP 결정을 성장시키는 단계; 및,
(e) 상기 1,2차 MAP 반응조(10,30)를 거치면서 생성 및 성장된 일정 크기 이상의 MAP 결정들을 회수·분리장치(40)에서 거르는 단계;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 인 제거 및 회수 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 단계(a) 또는 단계(d)에서 폐수 내 존재하는 용존성 인 또는 암모늄의 농도에 따라 마그네슘 또는 용존성 인을 추가로 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 인 제거 및 회수 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 단계(a) 또는 단계(d)에서 pH 증가를 통한 MAP 반응효율 향상을 위해 알칼리성 물질을 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 인 제거 및 회수 방법. - 삭제
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 단계(e)에서 일정 크기 미만의 MAP 결정은 잔존하는 슬러지와 함께 다시 상기 단계(a)의 1차 MAP 반응조로 유입되면서, 1차 MAP 반응조 → 가용화조 → 2차 MAP 반응조 → 회수·분리장치를 반복적으로 순환함으로써 MAP 결정은 입상 MAP 비료로 활용될 수 있을 정도로 성장하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 인 제거 및 회수 방법.
