Claims (11)
- 정제장치에 있어서, 오염된 물과 정제용 화학물질을 혼합시키는 혼합기, 상기 혼합기로부터 혼합물을 수용하고 상기 혼합물을 유기물과 무기물로 이루어진 부유물질과 침전물 그리고 정제된 액체로 분리시키는 정제탱크, 상기 정제된 액체의 상층액을 취하는 정제된 액체 배관 체계, 및 상기 부유물질과 상기 침전물을 유출시키는 배수배관체계로 구성되어, 연속 정제용 상기 정제 탱크에 오염된 물을 계속해서 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정제용 탱크는 바닥부에 초음파 발송기, 교반추진기, 및 가스와 액체를 혼합시키고 이 혼합물을 고압 고속으로 분출시키는 분출기가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기체와 액체를 혼합하여 이 혼합물을 분출시키기 위한 상기 분출기가 상기 혼합기의 상류부분에 인접한 위치에 부착되어 있고 상기 혼합기는 상기 정제탱크의 아랫 부분에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 분출기에 공급되는 상기 가스가 배기가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 정제장치.
- 정제장치에 있어서, 오염된 물과 정제용 화학물질을 혼합시키는 혼합기, 상기 혼합기로부터 혼합물을 수용하고 유기물과 무기물로 이루어진 부유물질과 침전물 그리고 정제된 액체로 분리시키는 정제 탱크, 상기 정제된 액체가 상기 정제된 액체가 상기 정제탱크의 밖으로 순서대로 넘쳐 흐를 수 있도록 상기 정제탱크 측벽의 예정된 위치에 설치된 윈도우 기구, 상기 정제탱크에서 넘쳐흐른 상기 상층액을 수용할 수 있도록 상기 정제탱크의 하부 주변부에 설치된 통, 상기 통으로부터 상기 상층액을 취할 수 있도록 된 정제액 배관체계, 및 상기 부유물질과 침전물을 유출시킬 수 있도록 되어있는 배수배관 체계로 구성됨으로써 상기 정제탱크내의 오염된 물을 예정된 정도로 정제시킨 후 오염된 물을 상기 정제탱크에 간헐적으로 공급하여 정제된 물을 오염된 물로 또는 그 반대로 교환하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 정제탱크의 바닥부에 초음파 발송기, 교반추진기, 그리고 가스와 액체를 혼합하여 고압고속으로 분출시킬 수 있는 분출기가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제장치.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 가스와 액체를 혼합하여 상기 혼합물을 분출하는 상기 분출기가 혼합기의 상류 부분에 인접한 위치에 부착되어 있고, 상기 혼합기가 상기 정제탱크의 하부에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제장치.
- 제62항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 분출기에 공급되는 상기 가스가 배기가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 정제장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 윈도우 기구는 상기 정제탱크의 측벽에 직사각형의 윈도를 절단해내고, 수직방향으로 옮길 수 있는 직사각형 도어로 상기 윈도우를 덮도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 윈도우 기구는 상기 정제탱크의 측벽에 삼각형의 윈도우를 절단해내고, 수평방향으로 옮길 수 있는 직사각형 도어로 상기 윈도우를 덮도록 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제장치.
