Abstract

본 발명은 제염공정 부산물인 간수(일명 고즙), 제염공정 폐기물인 석고, 산폐수중화물질 등 칼슘, 마그네슘을 함유한 저렴한 물질과 물유리(규산소다)를 이용한 산업폐수 처리방법에 관한 것으로써, 캄슘, 마그네슘을 함유된 물질을 산업폐수에 폐수 중 Ca과 Mg 농도가 각각 0. 005mol 에서 0. 1mo1이 되도록 주입하고, 물유리(규산소다)로 용액의 pH를 4에서 pH l0. 5 사이로 수분동안 교반, 유지하면서 응집 침전시키거나 침전용액을 여과시켜 유기물, 탁도, 부유고형물, 총 인, 총 질소등을 저감하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업폐수 처리방법.

Claims (6)

  1. 산업폐수를 처리하는 방법에 있어서, 칼슘, 마그네슘을 함유된 물질을 산업폐수에 폐수 중Ca 과 Mg 농도가 각각 0. 005mol에서 0. 1mol이 되도록 주입하고, 물유리(규산소다)로 용액의 pH를 4에서 pH l0.5 사이로 수분동안, 교반, 유지하면서 응집 침전시키거나 침전용액을 여과시켜 유기물, 탁도, 부유고형물, 총 인, 총 질소등을 저감하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업폐수 처리방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 칼슘, 마그네슘을 함유된 물질은 소금 제조공정 부산물인 간수를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업폐수 처리방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 칼슘, 마그네슘을 함유된 물질은 소금 제조공정 폐기물인 석고를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업폐수 처리방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 칼슘, 마그네슘을 함유된 물질은 산폐액을 백운석(돌로마이트), 마그네샤 석회, 고토석회, 수산화 마그네슘, 탄산마그네습, 마그네시아, 마그네사이트 등으로 중화시킨 산폐수중화물질을 사용하는것을 특징으로 하는 산업폐수 처리방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 칼슘, 마그네슘을 함유된 물질은 사용편리상 간수, 석고, 산폐수중화물질을 혼합, 정제, 농축, 분말화한 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업폐수 처리방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 침전 속도를 증가시키기 위하여 고분자 물질을 사용할 수도 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업폐수 처리방법.
