Claims (20)

  1. 도핑된 알루미늄 티타네이트 및 멀라이트를 포함하고: AI20350내지 61.5중량%, Ti0236내지 47.5중량%,및 Si022.5내지 5중량% (상기 세 성분들의 전체 합은 100%이하이다) , MgO 0.3내지 1중량%및 불순물 1중량%이하의 조성을 갖는 소결된 세라믹재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, MgO 함량이 0.3내지 0.6중량%인 소결된 세라믹재료.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Fe2030.015내지 0.5중량%를 추가로 함유하는 소결된 세라믹재료.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, Fe203함량이 0.05내지 0.4중량%인 소결된 세라믹재료
  5. 제3항에 있어서, MgO : Fe203중랑%비가 2내지 20인 소결된 세라믹재료.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, Fe2030.015내지 0.5중량%를 추가로 함유하는 소결된 세라믹재료.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, Fe203함량이 0.05내지 0.4중량%인 소결된 세라믹재료.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, MgO : Fe203중랑%비가 2내지 20인 소결된 세라믹재료.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 소결 후의 미반응 AI203와TiO2함랑의 전체 합이 5중량%이하, 바람직하게는 2.5중량%이하인 소결된 세라믹재료.
  10. 제1항에 따른 조성물을 혼합, 성형 및 소결시키는 단계들을 포함하여 소결된 세라믹재료를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 세라믹재료를 1,250내지 1,600℃에서 0.5내지 100시간의 체류시간에 걸쳐 소결시키는 단계를 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 소결온도가 1내지 50시간의 체류시간에 걸쳐서 1,300내지 1,470℃인 방법
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 1단계로서 성분들을 개별적으로 또는 혼합물 형태로 습식분쇄시켜 미리 분산시킨 후,습식분쇄된 성분들을 혼합물을 입상화 건조시켜 가공하는 방법.
  13. 10항에 있어서, 소결된 세라믹재료를 반응-소결하는 방법.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 마그네슘 화합물을 Mg2TiO4, MgTi203, MgTi205또는 이들의 혼합물인 마그네슘 티타네이트로서 조성물에 도입시키는 방법.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 철 화합물을 미세하게 분산된α-Fe203분말 형태. 철-함유 층 실리케이트 형태 또는 철-함유 점토 또는 카올린 형태로 조성물에 도입시키는 방법.
  16. 제1항에 따른 소결된 세라믹재료의 금속/세라믹 복합재로 이루어진 중공 튜브 형태의 성형품.
  17. 각각 제1항중 따른 소결된 세라믹재료로 이루어진 피스톤, 실린더 헤드. 및 촉매중의 혼입 소재를 포함하는 내부연소 엔진부품.
  18. 제1항에 따른 소결된 세라믹재료로 이루어진 촉매 지지체.
  19. 제1항에 따른 소결된 세라믹재료로 이루어진 유체용 또는 가스용 필터.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 디젤엔진내의 입자 필터인 필터.
