Description

마그네시아-알루미나계 스피넬(spinel)클링커(clinker)및 이것을 사용한 내화물의 제조법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 실시예 1및 2에서 실시한 도장 시험(coating test)의 방법을 나타내는 개략도이다,
제2도는 실시예에서 얻어진 내화물(22)의 입자구조의 현미경 사진이다,
제3도는 실시예 3에서 얻어진 내화물(23)의 입자구조의 현미경 사진이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 마그네시아-알루미나계 스피넬 클링커 중의 스피넬 결정중 및/또는 마그네시아의 결정중 및 결정입계에, 산화철(Fe2O3) 1.6∼10중량%를 함유시킨 것을 특징으로 하는, 마그네시아-알루미나계 스피넬 클링커.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 티타니아(TiO2) 0.5∼3중량%를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네시아-알루미나계 스피넬 클링커.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 마그네시아를 25∼50중량부, 알루미나를 50∼75중량부 및 산화철을 전체량의 1.6∼10중량%가 되도록 배합하고, 그 혼합물을 1700℃이상의 온도에서 소성하는 특징으로 하는, 마그네시아-알루미나계 스피넬 클링커를 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 마그네시아를 25∼50중량부, 알루미나를 50∼75중량부 및 산화철을 전체량의 1.6∼10중량%, 티타니아를 전체의 0.5∼3중량%가 되도록 배합하고, 그 혼합물을 1700℃이상의 온도에서 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네시아 - 알루미나계 스피넬 클링커를 제조하는 방법.
  5. 스피넬 및/또는 마그네시아의 결정중과 결정입계에, Fe2O30.5∼5중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 마그네시아-알루미나계 스피넬 내화물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 고순도 시피넬 클링커, Fe2O31.6∼10중량%를 함유하는 스피넬 클링커, 및 Fe2O31.6∼10중량%및 TiO20.5∼3중량%를 함유하는 스피넬 클링커 중에서 적어도 1종이상 10∼100중량%와 마그네시아 클링커 0∼90중량%로 이루는 골재에 Fe2O30∼5중량%, TiO20∼5중량%를 첨가, 성형, 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네시아-알루미나계 스피넬 내화물을 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, Fe2O31.6∼10중량% 및 , TiO20.5∼3중량%를 함유하는 스피텔 클링커 10∼100중량%와 마그네시아 클링커 0∼90중량%로 구성되는 골재에, Fe2O30∼5중량%,TiO20∼5중량%를 첨가, 성형, 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네시아-알루미나계 스피넬 내화물을 제조하는 방법.
