Abstract
이 발명은 칼슘 또는 지르코늄 실리케이트를 포함하는 내화성 재료를 실리카졸에 혼합하여서 된 것의 수성슬러리를 준비하는 단계와, 이 슬러리를 물리적 또는 화학적 수단으로 겔화시켜 고형 구조물로 성형하는 단계와, 이 구조물을 건조시켜 다공성의 세라믹물로 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 세라믹물 제조방법 및 이 방법으로 만들어진 세라믹물에 관한 것이다. 본 세라믹물은 가열시 한층 더 증대되는 높은 습태강도를 가지며, 건물의 내외장재용으로 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (17)
- 칼슘 실리케이트 또는 지르코늄 실리케이트를 포함하는 내화성 재료를 실리카 졸에 혼합하여서 되고 본질적으로 삼가의 양이온 내화성 재료가 포함되어 있지 않은 수성 슬러리를 준비하는 단계와, 이 슬러리를 밀폐된 몰드내에서 물리적 또는 화학적 수단으로 겔화시켜 고형 구조물로 성형하는 단계와, 이 구조물을 건조시켜 고형의 세라믹물로 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 세라믹물 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 겔화가 냉각 몰딩을 통해 이루어져서 슬러리 장착이 이루어지는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내화성 재료가 칼슘 메타-실리케이트인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 지르코늄 실리케이가 또한 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 건조단계가 구조물을 소성하거나 또는 구조물을 본질적으로 외기에 대해 폐쇄된 상태에서 건조시키는 것으로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리를 -50℃~150℃범위의, 유리하게는 -40℃~7主東℃범위의 온도로 냉각시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리가 30 나노미터이하의 평균 입자크기를 가지는 실리카의 콜로이덜 졸을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리가 톱밥입자, 폴리스티렌이나 그와 유사한 것과 같은 소성단계 또는 별도의 열처리과정중에 소각제거되는 보이드형성 재료나 가스형성제를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리섬유, 피얼라이트, 질석, 무기질 라미나, 미쇄 연료회분, 운모와 같은 편상 재료, 또는 절단처리된 섬유, 예컨대 광물성 섬유, 또는 구조물에 대하여 증대된 강도를 제공하는 기타 재료들, 예컨대 카아본 섬유들을 포함하는 단열 또는 강화 수단들이 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 내화성 재료가 침상 특성의 재료인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 생성물이 그 미소성상태에서 적어도 5MPa의 강도를 가지고 또 파단시험을 통한 측정시 10~30MPa 범위의 소성상태 강도를 가지는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전체 슬러리에 대한 칼슘 실리케이트의 비율이 65중량퍼센트를 초과하지 아니하고, 상기 비율이 바람직하게는 20~40중량퍼센트 범위내인 방법.
- 지르코늄 실리케이트를 포함하는 내화성 재료를 적어도 30%의 실리카 졸에 혼합하여 된 것의 수성 슬러리를 준비하는 단계와, 이 슬러리를 물리적 또는 화학적 수단으로 겔화시켜 고형 구조물을 성형하는 단계와, 이 구조물을 건조시켜 내화보오드로 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 칼슘 메타실리케이트를 포함하는 내화성 재료를 실리카 졸에 혼합하여서 된 것의 수성 슬러리를 준비하는 단계와, 이 슬러리를 몰드내에서 물리적 또는 화학적 수단으로 겔화시켜 고형 보오드 구조물로 성형하는 단계와, 이 보오드를 건조시키고 글레이징 또는 소성하여 완성된 제품으로 만들어내는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제14항중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 만들어진 세라믹물.
- 제15항에 따른 세라믹물을 포함하는 미소성, 소성 또는 글레이징처리된 내화성 보오드, 타일 또는 주조물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 세라믹 글레이징재를 수용할 수 있는 깊이의 요입부들 또는 단면윤곽들을 가지는 보오드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
