흡수성 수지의 표면처리 방법

제1도는 본 발명에서 사용된 믹서의 구체예의 단면도이며, 제2도는 가압하에서 보수성을 측정하는 장치의 단면도이고, 제3도는 통액성을 측정하는 장치의 단면도이다.

Claims (30)

  1. 카르복시기를 갖는 흡수성 수지 분말(A) 100중량부, 가교제(B)0.01~30중량부, 물(C) 0~50중량부, 친수성 유기용매(D) 0~60중량부를 물에 대해 약 60°이상의 접촉각을 가지며, 열변형점이 약 70℃이상인 기질(I)에 의해 실질적으로 형성된 내부표면을 갖는 고속교반형 믹서중에 혼합하고, 전술한 흡수성 수지 분말(A)과 전술한 가교제를 반응을 완결시킴을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지의 표면처리 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 내부표면이 믹서내로 분리하여 삽입된 기질(I)의 형상재료인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 고속교반형 믹서의 내부표면이 5mm이상의 두께를 갖는 것이 특징인 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 형상재료가 원주형인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 기질(I)이 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에스테르류, 폴리아미드류, 불소수지, 폴리비닐클로라이드, 에폭시수지 및 실리콘 수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종인 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 기질(I)이 불소수지인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 가교제(B)가 분자단위내에 카르복시기와 반응할 수 있는 적어도 2개이상의 관능기를 갖는 화합물인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 가교제(B)가 폴리피드릭알코올 화합물, 폴리글리시딜에테르 화합물, 폴리옥사졸린 화합물 및 폴리아민 화합물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 것이 특징인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 가교제(B)가 흡수성 수지 분말(A) 100중량부당 0.1~10중량부의 범위의 양으로 사용되는 것이 특징인 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 물(C)이 흡수성 수지 분말(A) 100중량부에 대해 0.5~40 중량부 범위의 양으로 사용하는 것이 특징인 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 친수성 유기용매(D)가 흡수성 수지 분말(A) 100중량부에 대해 0.1~10중량부 범위의 양으로 사용하는 것이 특징인 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 흡수성 수지 분말(A) 100 중량부당 물(C)이 0.5~40 중량부 사용되고, 친수성 유기용매(D)가 0.1~10중량부 사용하는 것이 특징인 방법.
  13. 제7항에 있어서, 반응완료시간이 다음식(a-1)을 만족하는 시간임이 특징인 방법.

    식중, P는 생리식염수를 사용하는 흡수성 수지 분말(A)의 흡수배율을 나타내고, Q는 생리식염수를 사용하는 생성처리 흡수 수지의 흡수배율을 나타내고, R은 흡수성 수지 분말(A) 100중량부당 가교제(B)의 양(중량부)을 나타낸다.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 반응완료시간의 다음식(a-2)을 만족하는 시간임이 특징인 방법.
    (a-2)
    식중, P,Q,R은 전술한 바와 같다.
  15. 제7항에 있어서, 반응온도가 40~250℃임이 특징인 방법.
  16. 제7항에 있어서, 가교제(B)가 폴리히드릭알코올 화합물임이 특징인 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 흡수성 수지 분말(A) 100중량부에 대해 가교제(B) 0.1~10중량부, 물(C) 0.5~40중량부, 탄수성 유기용매(D) 0~60중량부를 혼합하고, 반응이 완료될 때까지 반응을 수행하고 반응완료시간이 다음식(a-1)을 만족하는 것이 특징인 방법.

    식중, P,Q,R은 전술한 바와 같다.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 반응완료 시간이 다음식(a-2)를 만족하는 것이 특징인 방법.
    (a-2)
    식중, P,Q,R 은 전술한 바와 같다.
  19. 제16항에 있어서, 반응온도가 90~250℃인 것이 특징인 방법.
  20. 제1, 7, 13, 16 또는 17항의 방법에 따라 제조된 실질적으로 수불용성, 흡수성, 히드로 겔 형성 중합체.
  21. 제1항에 있어서, 흡수성 수지 분말(A)과 가교제(B)의 혼합이 흡수성 수지 분말(A) 100중량부에 대하여 수불용성 미세분말(E) 0.01~10 중량부 존재하에 수행하는 것이 특징인 방법.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 반응 완료시간이 다음식(b-1)을 만족하는 것이 특징인 방법.
    (b-1)
    식중, P는 생리식염수를 사용하는 흡수성 수지 분말(A)의 흡수배율을 나타내고, Q는 생리식염수를 사용하는 생성처리 흡수성 수지의 흡수배율을 나타내고, R은 가교제(B)의 양(중량부)이고, S는 흡수성 수지 분말(A)100중량부당 수불용성 미세분말(E)의 양(중량부)을 나타낸다.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 반응 완료시간이 다음식(b-2)을 만족하는 시간인 것이 특징인 방법.

  25. 제24항에 있어서, 친수성 유기용매(D)가 0.1~10부의 범위인 방법.
  26. 제24항에 있어서, 수불용성 미세분말(E)이 0.01~5중량부임이 특징인 방법.
  27. 제21항에 있어서, 가교제(B)가 폴리히드릭알코올임이 특징인 방법.
  28. 제27항에 있어서, 반응 완료시간이 다음식(b-1)을 만족하는 시간임이 특징인 방법.
