유체 안정성 조립물의 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명에서 사용되는 믹스의 구체예의 단면도이며, 제2도는 본 발명에서 사용되는 다른예의 믹서의 단면도이다.

Claims (27)

  1. 카르복실기를 갖는 흡수성 수지 분말(A) 100중량부, 흡수성 수지분말의 카르복시기와 반응할 수 있는 적어도 2개의 관능기를 갖는 가교제(B) 0.01∼30중량부, 물(C) 0∼50중량부,친수성 유기용매 (D) 0∼60중량부를 물에 대해 약60℃이상의 접촉각을 가지며, 열변형점이 약 70℃이상인 기질(Ⅰ)에 의해 실질적으로 형성된 내부 표면을 갖는 고속교반형 믹서중에서 교반 날개의 선단 원주 속도가 600M/분이상의 조건에서 혼합하고, 전술한 흡수성 수지 분말(A)과 전술한 가교제를 반응이 반응시 가하여진 총 운동에너지가 하기식을 만족조건에서 반응을 완결시킴을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지의 표면처리 방법.
    O≤F≤36,000 joule/㎏
    상기식에서, 반응중 가해진 분당 운동에너지 Fa는 600joule/㎏이하이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 교반 날개의 선단 원주의 속도가 1,000∼3,000m/분인 것이 특징인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 고속교반형 믹서의 내부가 실질적으로 기질 (Ⅰ)로 형성된 내부표면이 5㎜이상의 두께를 갖는 것이 특징인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 내부 표면이 상기 믹서내로 분리하여 삽입된 상기 기질(Ⅰ)의 형상 재료인 것이 특징인 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 형상재료가 원주형인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 기질(Ⅰ)이 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에스테르류, 폴ㄹ리아미드류, 불소수지, 폴리비닐클로라이드,에폭시수시 및 실리콘 수지롤 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종인 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 기질(Ⅰ)이 불소수지인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 반응온도가 40∼250℃의 범위인것이 특징인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 가교제(B)가 폴리히드릭 알코올 화합물, 폴리글리시딜 에테르 화합물, 폴리옥사졸린 화합물 및 폴리아민 화합물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 것이 특징인 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 반응완료시간이 다음식(a-1)을 만족하는 시간임이 특징인 방법.
    식중, P는 생리식염수를 사용하는 흡수성 수지 분말(A)이 흡수배율을 나타내고,Q는 생리식염수를 사용하는 생성처리 흡수 수지의 흡수배율을 나타내고,R은 흡수성 수지 분말(A) 100중량부당 가교제(B)의 양(중량부)을 나타낸다.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 반응완료시간의 다음식(a-2)만족하는 시간임이 특징인 방법.
    식중, P는 생리식염수를 사용하는 흡수성 수지 분말(A)이 흡수배율을 나타내고,Q는 생리식염수를 사용하는 생성처리 흡수 수지의 흡수배율을 나타내고, R은 흡수성 수지 분말(A)100중량부당 가교제(B)의 양 (중량부)을 나타낸다.
  12. 제10항에 또는 11항에 있어서, 가교제(B)가 폴리히드릭 알코올 화합물임이 특징인 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 가교제(B)가 흡수성 수지 분말(A) 100중량부에 대해 0.1∼10중량부의 범위인 것이 특징인 방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 몰(C)가 흡수성 수지 분말 (A) 100중량부에 대해 0.5∼40중량부가 범위인 것이 특징인 방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 친수성 유기용매(D)가 흡수성 수지 분말(A) 100중량부에 대해 0.1∼10중량부의 범위인 것이 특징인 방법.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 물(C)가 흡수성 수지 분말(A) 100중량부에 대해 0.5∼40중량부의 범위이고, 친수성 유기용매(D)가 흡수성 수지 분말(A) 100중량부에 대해 0.1∼10중량부의 범위인 것이 특징인 방법.
  17. 제12항에 있어서, 반응온도가 150∼250℃의 범위인것이 특징인 방법.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)∼(D)의 혼합이 연속적으로 수행하는 것이 특징인 방법.
  19. 제1,9,10 또는 12항의 방법에 따라 제조된 실질적으로 수불용성, 흡수성, 히드로 겔 형성 유체 안정성 조립물.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, 흡수성 수지 분말(A)과 가교제(B)의 혼합이 흡수성 수지 분말(A) 100중량부에 대하여 수불용성 미세부말(E) 0.01∼10중량부 존재하는 수행하는 것이 특징인 방법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 흡수성 수지 분말(A) 100중량부에 대해 가교제가 0.1∼10중량부의 범위이고, 물(C)이 0.5∼40중량부의 범위이고, 친수성 유기용맹(D)가 0∼20중량부이며,수불용성 미세분말(E)이 0.01∼10중량부의 범위인 것이 특징인 방법.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 친수성 유기용매(D)가 흡수성 수지 분말(A) 100중량부에 대해 0.1∼10중량부의 범위인 것이 특징인 방법.
  23. 제20항에 있어서, 수불용성 미세 분말(E)이 흡수성 수지 분말(A) 100중량부에 대해 0.01∼5중량부의 범위인 것이 특징인 방법.
  24. 제20항에 있어서, 반응 완료시간이 다음식(b-1)을 만족하는 것이 특징인 방법.

  27. 제20항 내지 제26항의 어느 하나에 따라 제조된 실질적으로 수불용성, 흡수성, 히드로 겔 형성 중합체 유체 안정성 조성물.
