Claims (2)

  1. 전륜의 조타상태에 따라 후륜을 전동모터로서 조타구동시키는 장치에 있어서,
    핸들의 조타방향, 조타각, 조타토크, 조타속도 중 적어도 한개의 조타상태를 검출하는 핸들조타상태센서와, 차속도를 검출하는 차속센서와, 상기 전동모터의 회전방향, 회전속도를 검출하는 모터회전속도센서와, 후륜의 조타각도를 검출하는 후륜조타각센서와, 상기 모터와 감속기간에 삽입되어 전원오프시에 브레이크작동하는 무려자작동형 전자브레이크와, 감속기출력에 의하여 구동되는 후륜조타용 기어복스와 상기센서의 신호를 입력하여 바테리전원을 제어하며 전동모터 및 전자브레이크의 구동신호를 출력하는 콘트롤 유니트 등을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 전동식후륜조타장치.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서,
    바테리에서 전동모터 및 무려자작동형 전자브레이크로의 전원공급라인도중에 삽입된 상개접점을 가진 페일세이프 릴레이와, 바테리에서 키스위치를 통하여 상기 릴레이의 구동코일의 일단에 접속하고, 타단을 단속시키는 페일세이프구동회로 등을 구비하며, 핸들상태센서, 차속센서, 모터회전속도센서의 신호에 이하여 장치전체의 이상을 판단하여 페일세이프 구동회로를 차단시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동식후륜조타 장치.
