제 1도 내지 제 6도는 이 발명에 의한 제어장치를 구비한 모터구동식 동력조향 방식에 관한 것으로, 제 1 도는 상기 한 실시예의 개략도, 제 2 도는 토오크센서와 제어유닛간의 개략적 전기접속도. 제 3 도는 토오크센서와 콘넥터간에 배치된 전기증폭기의 전압대전류 변환특성도. 제 4 도는 클러치전류대 전달토오크 특성도. 제 5 도는 조향토오크대 모터인가전압 및 조향토오크대 제 1 클러치 전류의 특성도. 제 6 도는 차속대 제 1 클러치 전류 및 차속대 제 2 클러치 전류의 특성도.

Claims (6)

  1. 조향차륜과 작동할 수 있게 연결된 핸들을 구비한 차량용 모터구동식 동력조향방식에 있어서, 운전자에 의하여 상기 핸들에 가해지는 조향력을 검출하고 이 검출된 조향력을 표시하는 전압을 발생하는 토오크센서 ;
    상기 핸들을 통한 운전자의 향동작을 동력으로 보조하기 위한 모터 ;
    상기 토오크센서에서 검출된 조향력에 대응하여 상기 모터의 동력보조동작을 제어하기 위하여 콘넥터장치를 중간에 설치하고 있는 상기 토오크센서와 전기적으로 연결된 제어유닛 ;
    그리고 상기 토오크센서와 콘넥터 장치사이에 설치되어 상기 토오크센서에서 발생한 전압을 상기 전압에 비례되는 크기의 전류로 변환하고 이 변환된 전류를 상기 제어유닛에 공급하는 콘버터로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 모터구동식 동력조향 제어장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 콘버터는 상기 토오크센서내에 조합된 것을 특징으로 하는 모터구동식 동력조향 제어장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 콘버터는 전기증폭기로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 모터구동식 동력조향 제어장치.
  4. 핸들 ; 상기 핸들과 일체적으로 회전하도록 고착 연결된 조향축 ;
    차랑의 운행속도를 검출하고 검출된 차속을 표시하는 출력신호를 발생하는 차속센서 ;
    운전자가 상기 핸들에 가하는 회전력을 검출하고 검출된 조향토오크를 표시하는 출력신호를 발생시키기 위하여 상기 조향축상에 설치된 토오크센서 ;
    상기 조향축과 작동할 수 있게 연결되고 상기 조향축을 통하여 상기 핸들로 구동되는 제 1 피니온 ;
    타이로드를 통하여 한쌍의 차륜과 작동할 수 있게 연결되고 그 위에는 제 1 피니온과 맞몰려 있는 제 1 랙 톱니부와 제 2 랙톱니부가 형성되어 있는 랙 ; 상기 랙상의 제 2 톱니부에 맞몰려 있는 제 2 피니온 ;
    상기 핸들, 조향축, 제 1 피니온 그리고 제 1 랙 톱니부를 통하여 운전자가 유발한 상기 랙의 조향력을 동력보조하기 위하여 감속기어를 통하여 상기 제 2 피니온과 통하여 작동할 수 있게 연결된 모터 ;
    공급된 전류크기에 대략 비례하여 상기 모터와 상기 피니온간에 동력을 전달하기 위하여 그들 사이에 설치된 제 1 전자 슬라이딩 클러치;
    상기 모터와 상기 제 2 피니온간에 동작연결을 선택적으로 설정 또는 이탈시키는 상기 모터와 상기 제 2 피니온사이에 설치된 제 2 전자클러치 ;
    상기 차속센서와 상기 토오크센서로부터의 출력신호를 입력하여 상기 모터, 제 1 클러치, 그리고 제 2 클러치의 동작을 제어하며 콘넥터장치를 통하여 상기 토오크센서와 전기적으로 연결된 제언유닛 ;
    상기 토오크센서와 상기 콘넥터장치 사이에 설치되어 상기 토오크센서에서 발생한 전압을 상기 전압에 비례하는 크기의 전류로 변환하고 이 변환된 전류가 상기 제어유닛으로 상기 콘넥터장치를 통하여 공급되게 하는 콘버터로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 모터구동식 동력조향 제어장치.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 콘버터는 상기 토오크센서내에 조합된 것을 특징으로 하는 모터구동식 동력조향 제어장치.
  6. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 콘버터는 전기증폭기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터구동식 동력조향 제어장치.
