Claims (5)

1쌍의 비트선(BL)(BL)과, 이 1쌍의 비트선선(BL)(BL)에 접속되는 비트선 센스증폭기(2) 상기 1쌍의 비트선선(BL)(BL)에 접속되는 재저장회로(1) 및 상기 1쌍의 비트선(BL)(BL)과 상기 비트선 센스증폭기(2) 사이에 설치되는 장벽트랜지스터(T1)(T2)를 구비하여서 된 반도체 기억장치에 있어서, 상기 장벽트랜지스터(T1)(T2)의 게이트에 일정한 전위가 부여되면서 직접적으로 상기 1쌍의 비트선(BL)(BL)에 재저장회로(1)가 접속되도록 된 반도체 기억장치.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 장벽트랜지스터(T1)(T2)는 상기 센스증폭기(2)를 구성하는 MOS형 트랜지스터와 같은 도전형으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 기억장치.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 장벽트랜지스터(T1)(T2)는 N챈널형 트랜지스터가 사용되면서 기 게이트에 Vcc전원 전위가 공급되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 기억장치
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 장벽트랜지스터(T1)(T2)는 P챈널형 트랜지스터로서 그 게이트에 접지전위가 공급되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 기억장치.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 반도체 기억장치가프리챠지 방식으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 기억장치.
