Claims (1)
- a) 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 N-치환 1-아미노-2-티올유도체를 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물과 반응 시키거나, b) 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 2-치환 티아졸리딘 유도체를 하기 일반식(Ⅵ)의 화합물로 N-알킬화하거나, c) 하기 일반식(Ⅶ)의 화합물을 브로모시아노겐과 반응시켜 Y가 질소, Z가 시아노 및 Ar이 하기에 정의한 바와 같은 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하거나, d) 일반식(I)의 화합물의 한 치환체를 공지의 방법에 의해 정의된 범위내의 다른 치환체로 전환 시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(I)의 티아졸리딘 유도체의 제조방법.상기식중, Ar은 2-푸릴, 또는 하나 이상의 할로겐원자, 하나 이상의 C1-4알킬, C1-6알콕시, 할로겐-C1-4-알콕시, 디-또는 트할로메틸, 히드록실 및/또는 니트로기에 의해 또는 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 기에 의해 임의 치환된 페닐, 나프틸 또는 피리딜기이고, Y는 질소 또는 CH이며, Z는 Y변 질소라면 시아노 또는 카르바모일이고, Y가 CH이라면 니트로기를 나타내며, L는 이탈기이고, X는 할로겐 또는 반응성에스테르기이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
