Claims (21)

  1. (a) 약 1내지 약 2.5g/ℓ의 아연 이온이 존재하고, (b) 그것의 유리산 함량은 약 0.8 내지 약 3포인트의 범위내이고, (c) 유리산에 대한 전산의 비율은 약 5내지 약 10의 범위내인, 아연이온과 인산이온을 함유하는 인산화 용액으로 아연-부착 금속물품을접 촉시킴을 특징으로 하여 아연-부착 금속물품을 인산화시키는 방법.
  2. 상기1항에 있어, 그 방법은 약 50내지 약 70℃의 범위내의 온도에서 수행되는 상기의 방법.
  3. 상기 2항에 있어, 그 방법은 약 60내지 약 65℃의 범위내의 온도에서 수행되는 상기의 방법.
  4. 상기 1항에 있어, 인산화 용액은 산소-함유산의 음이온의 가속양을 함유하는 상기의 방법.
  5. 상기 1항에 있어, 상기 음이온은 니트레이트 이온인 상기의 방법.
  6. 상기 5항에 있어, 그 용액중 니트레이트 이온에 대한 아연 이온의 중량비는 1 : (1-8)인 상기의 방법.
  7. 상기 6항에 있어, 니트레이트 이온에 대한 인산 이온의 중량비는 1 : (0.1-2.5)인 상기의 방법.
  8. 상기 1항에 있어, H2PO4이온이 그 용액중에 존재하고 H2PO4이온에 대한 아연이온의 중량비는 1 : (1-8)인 상기의 방법.
  9. 상기 7항에 있어, H2PO4이온이 그 용액중에 존재하고 H2PO4이온에 대한 아연 이온의 중량비는 1 ; (1-8)인 상기의 방법.
  10. 상기 1항에 있어 상기 (b)항중에 유리산 함량은 약 1.2내지 약 1.8포인트의 범위내이고 상기(c)항중의 유리산에 대한 전산의 비는 약6내지 약 8의 범위내인 상기의 방법.
  11. 상기 1항에 있어 그 방법으로 약 0.6내지 약 1.9g/㎡의 두께를 갖는 인산층을 얻게되는 상기의 방법
  12. 상기 11항에 있어 인산층은 약 1.2내지 약 1.4g/㎡의 두께를 갖는 상기의 방법.
  13. 상기 1항에 있어, 접촉시간은 약 2.5내지 약 5초인 상기의 방법.
  14. 상기 1항에 있어 그 인산화 용액에 니켈의 중량으로 1부의 양의 니켈 이온이 존재하고 아연 이온의 중량으로 약 2내지 약 20부가 존재하는 상기의 방법.
  15. 상기 1항에 있어, 아연-부착 금속 물품은 전기도금한 아연-부착 금속 물품인 상기의 방법.
  16. 상기 15항에 있어, 금속 물품은 철에 기초한 것인 상기의 방법.
  17. 상기 16항에 있어, 상기 물품은 금속판 또는 스트립의 형태인 상기의 방법.
  18. 상기 1항에 있어, 아연-부착 금속물품은 티타늄 염 함유 전처리 조성물로 처리하는 상태의 방법.
  19. 상기 1항에 있어 인산화 용액으로 접촉시킴에 이어서 아연-부착 금속물품을 크롬 산 및/또는 포스포린산 불활용액으로 불활시키고 상기의 방법.
  20. 상기 18항에 있어 인산화 용액으로 접촉시킴에 이어서 아연부착 -금속물품을 크롬산 및/또는 포스포린산과 불활용액으로 불활시키는 상기의 방법.
