PURPOSE:To form a unsoluble film of silicate in solution for improving anti-corrosion and coating efficiency of metal surface through the coating of a solution of silicate ion which is obtained by ion exchange and followed by stabilization with mono-silicate or in a low molecular condition and pH control to be more than 7.
