Claims (30)

  1. 인산염 화성피복물을 코발트 또는 니켈염의 처리용액과 접촉시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하여, 인산염 화성피복물로 피복된 철 또는 부강철부품의 내식성을 개선시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 처리용액이 수용액인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 처리용액이 수용성 코발트염의 용액인 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 처리용액이 코발트 아세테이트의 용액인 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 처리용액이 니켈 또는 코발트의 염을 용액중의 고체의 약 1내지 20중량%의 양으로 함유하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 농도가 약 1 내지 4중량%범위에서 변화하는 방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 처리용액이 수용성 제 1 주석염과, 니켈 및 코발트의 그룹중에서 선택된 성분의 제 2염의 용액인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 제 2염이 수용성 코발트염인 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 제 2염이 코발트 아세테이트인 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 제 2염이 용액중의 고체의 약 1내지 20중량%의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 농도가 약 1내지 4중량% 범위내에서 변화하는 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 제 1주석염의 농도가 용액당, 10 내지 1000g 범위에서 변화하는 방법.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 용액이 또한 금속납을 함유하는 방법.
  14. 철 또는 강철 부품을 먼저 인산화 용액과 접촉시켜 부품상에 인산염 화성피복물을 형성시킨 다음, 인산염 화성피복물을 코발트 또는 니켈염의 수성처리용액과 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하여, 철 또는 강철부품의 내식성을 개선시키는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서,인산화용액이 인산 아연을 함유하는 방법.
  16. 제14항에 있어서,인산화용액이 사이클릭 트리메타인산염을 함유하는 방법.
  17. 제14항에 있어서,처리용액이 코발트염이 용액의 약 1 내지 20중량%의 양으로 존재하는 수용성코발트염의 용액인 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서,처리용액이 용액의 1 내지 4중량% 농도인 코발트아세테이트의 용액인 방법.
  19. 제14항에 있어서,처리용액이 수용성 제 1 주석염과, 니켈 및 코발트의 그룹중에서 선택된 성분의 제 2 염의 용액인 방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서,제2염이 용액의 1 내지 20중량%의 양인 수용성 코발트염인 방법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서,제 2 염이 코발트 아세테이트인 방법.
  22. 제19항에 있어서, 제 1주석염의 농도가 용액당, 10 내지 1000g 범위에서 변화하는 방법.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 용액이 또한 금속납을 함유하는 방법.
  24. 제 1 주석 이온과, 코발트 및 니켈이온의 그룹중에서 선택된 성분의 수용액으로 이루어지며, 여기에서 제 1 주석이온 및 니켈 또는 코발트이온은 각각 용액당, 10 내지 1000g 범위의 농도로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 인산염 화성피복물로 피복된 철 또는 강철부품의 내직성을 증가시키는 처리용액.
  25. 제24항에 있어서,제 2 이온이 코발트 이온인 용액.
  26. 제24항에 있어서,금속납을 함유하는 용액.
  27. 니켈 및 코발트의 그룹중에서 선택될 성분을 함유하는 보호 인산염 화성피복을 갖는 철 또는 강철 부품.
  28. 제27항에 있어서,화성피복물이 니켈 및 코발트의 그룹중에서 선택될 성분을 함유하는 혼합된 아연 및 철 인산염 피복물인 부품.
  29. 제28항에 있어서,금속이 코발트인 부품.
  30. 제29항에 있어서,코발트가 피복물의 0.1 내지 1.0%의 농도로 화성피복물 중에 존재하는 부품.
