Claims (9)
- (1) 약 10내지 약 70g/l의 총 인산(total phosphoric acid), (2) 약 4 내지 약 25g/l의 유리 인산 및 (3) 약2 내지 약 25g/l의, 산화아연, 인산아연 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 유도될 수 잇는Zn+2를 함유하며, (4) 총 인산 대 유리 인산의 몰비가 1:1 내지 8:1의 범위인 pH 약 1.5 내지 약5.0의 인산아연 수용액을 황동-도금된 스틸 와이어(steel wire)에 도포함을 특징으로 하는 황동-도금된 스틸 와이어의 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인산아연 용액이 (1) 약28 내지 약 32g/l의 총 인산, (2) 약 8 내지 약 11g/l의 유리 인산 및 (3) 약 8 내지 약12g/l의 상기 Zn+2를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인산아연 수용액을 도포하여 약 20 내지 약 15mg/kg와이어 범위의 두께를 갖는 인산아연의 피막을 제공함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 와이어를 약 2 내지 약 40초 동안 욕(bath)중에 침지시킴으로써 인산아연 수용액을 도포함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 총 인산 대 유리 인산의 몰비가 약 2.5:1 내지 4.0:1의 범위인 방법.
- (1) 약 10 내지 약 70g/l의 총 인산, (2) 약 4 내지 약 25g/l의 유리 인산 및 (3) 약 2 내지 약 25g/l의 산화아연, 인산아연 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 유도될 수 있는 Zn+2를 함유하며, (4) 총 인산 대 우리 인산의 몰비가 1:1 내지 8:1의 범위인 pH 약 1.5 내지 약 5.0의 인산아연 수용액이 도포된 황동-도금된 고탄소강 와이어(high carbon steel wire)임을 특징으로 하는, 황동-도금된 스틸 와이어.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 인산아연 수용액을 건조시켜 상기 와이어상에 약20 내지 약 150mg/kg 와이어 범위의 두께를 갖는 인산아연 피막을 제공함을 특징으로 하는 황동-도금된 스틸 와이어.
- 제6항에 있어서, 인산아연 용액이 (1) 약 28 내지 약 32g/l의 총 인산, (2) 약 8 내지 약 11g/l의 유리 인산 및 (3) 약 8 내지 약 12g/l의 상기 Zn+2을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 와이어.
- 제6항에 있어서, 인산아연 용액이 약 20 내지 약 150mg/kg 와이어 범위의 두께를 갖는 인산아연의 피막을 제공함을 특징으로 하는 와이어.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
