Abstract

본 발명은 흡습성과 방습성을 가지고 반복사용에 견디며, 미립상의 고흡방습성 미립자 및 그 미립자의 제조방법을 제공한다.
히드라진 가교에 의한 질소증가량 및 니트릴기 변성에 의한 염형카르복실기를 특정하게 조정한 아크릴로니트릴계 중합체 미립자이고, 히드라진 가교처리, 가수분해 처리 및 카르복실기로의 염형으로의 전환이다.
반복사용 가능한 미립상의 흡방습성 미립자기 얻어진다.

Claims (2)

  1. 히드라진 가교에 의한 질소 함량의 증기가 1.0~15.0중량%인 가교 아크릴로 니트릴계 중합체 미립자로서, 잔존니트릴기 일부에는 1.0㎜oℓ 이상의 염형 카르복실기가 도입되어 있고, 입자경이 10㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 고흡방습성 미립자.
  2. 아크릴로니트릴계 중합체 에멀션에 히드라진 처리를 행함으로써 미립자중에 가교 결합을 도입하여 질소함유량의 증가가 1.0~15.0중량%가 되도록 조정하고, 가수분해반응에 의해 잔존하고 있는 니트릴기양의 1.0㎜oℓ/g 이상으로 카르복실기를 잔부 모두에 아미드기를 도입하고, 그 카르복실기는 염형으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고흡방습성 미립자의 제조방법.
