Description
上記目的を達成するために本発明の請求項2の鍵盤装置の鍵用素材は、樹脂を主剤とする鍵盤装置の鍵用素材であって、粒子状で、水分を化学的に吸着すると共に、吸放湿により体積変化を繰り返し生じる高吸放湿性微粒子を、フィラーとして含有することで、環境の相対湿度の変化に対する素材表面の静止摩擦係数の変化が繰り返し生じることを特徴とする。
URL:〈http://www.exlan.co.jp/products/beads/tafticHU.html〉に公表されているように、吸放湿性が高く、しかも吸放湿が繰り返し行われるという特徴がある。また、吸放湿による体積変化は、粒径の1割以下である。タフチックHUの製造は、特開平8−225610号公報等に開示されているように公知の手法で行える。

Claims (7)
- 樹脂を主剤とする鍵盤装置の鍵用素材であって、
粒子状で、水分を化学的に吸着すると共に、吸放湿により体積変化を繰り返し生じる高吸放湿性微粒子を、フィラーとして含有することで、環境の相対湿度の変化に対する素材表面の光沢度の変化が繰り返し生じることを特徴とする鍵盤装置の鍵用素材。 - 樹脂を主剤とする鍵盤装置の鍵用素材であって、
粒子状で、水分を化学的に吸着すると共に、吸放湿により体積変化を繰り返し生じる高吸放湿性微粒子を、フィラーとして含有することで、環境の相対湿度の変化に対する素材表面の静止摩擦係数の変化が繰り返し生じることを特徴とする鍵盤装置の鍵用素材。 - 環境の相対湿度が高いほど素材表面の光沢度の低下率が大きいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の鍵盤装置の鍵用素材。
- 前記高吸放湿性微粒子の平均粒子径は3〜5μmであり、前記高吸放湿性微粒子の含有量は、2〜4重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の鍵盤装置の鍵用素材。
- 当該鍵用素材の製造工程において前記高吸放湿性微粒子の凝集を抑制するための凝集抑制剤をフィラーとしてさらに含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の鍵盤装置の鍵用素材。
- 前記高吸放湿性微粒子は、電離可能な側鎖を官能基に有するポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の鍵盤装置の鍵用素材。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の鍵用素材を用いて成形された鍵であって、相対湿度が30〜90%の範囲では、押鍵面である表面の静止摩擦係数が、0.21〜0.26の範囲内であることを特徴とする鍵。
