Abstract

"PROCESSOS DE PRODUçãO PARA RESINA ABSORVENTE DE áGUA BáSICA E AGENTE DE ABSORçãO DE áGUA E USO DOS MESMOS". A presente invenção provê: um processo de produção para uma resina básica absorvente de água para ser um componente principal de um agente de absorção de água que exibe uma excelente capacidade de absorção de água sob uma carga com alta produtividade; um processo de produção para um agente de absorção de água; e seu uso. O processo de produção para uma resina básica absorvente de água de forma irregular compreende a etapa de reação de uma resina básica e um agente de reticulação de modo a obter-se a resina básica absorvente de água, com o processo promovendo uma reação de reticulação e pulverizando o resultante produto ao mesmo tempo. O primeiro processo de produção para um agente de absorção de água compreende a etapa de combinação de uma resina ácida absorvente de água com a resina básica absorvente de água obtidas pelo processo mencionado acima. O segundo processo de produção para um agente de absorção de água compreende a etapa de obtenção de uma mistura de uma resina ácida absorvente de água e a resina básica absorvente de água através de co-existência com a resina ácida absorvente de água quando realizando a reação de reticulação e a pulverização no processo mencionado acima.
