Abstract

본 발명에 의하여, 흡수수지의 기본적인 물리적 속성중의 하나인, 무부하 상태에서의 높은 수준의 흡수능력을 보유하고 부하상태에서도 흡수능력이 탁월한 흡수수지의 제조방법이 제공된다. 상기 제조는 카르복실 그룹을 가진 베이스 폴리머로서의 흡수수지를 용해도계수(SP값)가 12.5(cal/cm3)1/2이상이고 카르복실그룹과의 반응성이 있는 1차가교제 및 용해도계수(SP값)가 12.5(cal/cm3)1/2미만이고 카르복실그룹과의 반응성이 있는 2차 가교제와 혼합하고 그 결과로서 생긴 혼합물 160℃ 이상의 온도에서 열처리함으로써 이루어진다.

흡수수지의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에서 부하상태 하에서의 흡수능력 측정에 이용되는 장치의 단면도이다.

Claims (14)

  1. 카르복실그룹을 가진 베이스 폴러머로서의 흡수수지를 용해도계수(SP값)가 12.5(cal/cm3)1/2이상이고 상기 카르복실그룹과의 반응성이 있는 1차 가교제 및 용해도계수(SP값)가 12.5(cal/cm3)1/2미만인 2차 가교제와 혼합하고 그 결과로서 생긴 혼합물을 160℃이상의 온도에서 열처리하는 과정을 포함하는 흡수수지의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 1차 가교제가 13.0내지 18.0(cal/cm3)1/2미만인 범위내의 용해도계수(SP값)를 가지는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 2차 가교제가 9.5(cal/cm3)1/2이상 12.0(cal/cm3)1/2미만인 범위내의 용해도계수(SP값)를 가지는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 1차 및 2차 가교제는 상기한 1차 가교제의 용해도계수(SP값)의 상기한 2차 가교제의 용해도 계수(SP값) 상이의 차가 2(cal/cm3)1/2이상이 되도록 선택되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 1차 가교제는 200이하의 분자량을 가지고 상기한 2차 가교제는 350이하의 분자량을 가지는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 베이스 폴리머로서의 흡수수지의 고형 100중량부를 기준으로 하여, 상기한 1차 가교제의 양은 0.001 내지 10중량부 범위내이고 상기한 2차 가교제의 양은 0.001 내지 10중량부 범위내인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 혼합이 상기된 베이스폴리머로서의 흡수수지 고형 100중량부를 기준으로하여 10중량부 이하의 수분의 존재하에서 수행하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 베이스폴리머로서의 흡수수지의 상기한 카리복실그룹의 양은 상기한 흡수수지 100g당 0.01당량 이상인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 베이스폴리머로서의 흡수수지의 부분적으로 중화된 가교 폴리아크릴산이고 중화되지 않은 폴리아크린산의 비율이 1 내지 60중량% 범위 내인 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 베이스 폴리머로서의 흡수수지의 수분 함량이 1 내지 10중량% 범위내인 방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 상기한 혼합이 상기한 베이스폴리로서의 흡수수지 고형 100중량을 기준으로 하여 0.5 내지 5중량부의 수분의 존재하에서 수행되는 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 베이스폴리머로서의 흡수수지 고형 100중량부를 기준으로 하여 상기한 1차 가교제의 양은 0.01 내지 8중량부 범위내이고 상기한 2차 가교제의 양은 0.001 내지 1중량부 범위내인 발명.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 열처리가 170 내지 230℃ 범위내의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 베이스폴리머로서의 흡수수지 고형 100중량부를 기준으로 하여 상기한 1차 가교제의 양은 0.1 내지 5중량부의 범위내이고 상기한 2차 가교제의 양은 0.005 내기 0.5중량부의 범위내인 방법.
