Claims (19)

  1. 아연 또는 아연-알루미늄 합금 표면위에 크롬-함유 부동화 피복물을 형성하기에 충분한 양으로 각각 존재하고, 대부분이 6가 상태의 질산염 이온 및 인산염 이온인 크롬 이온을 함유하는 아연 또는 아연-알루미늄 합금의 표면에 부동화 피복물을 형성하기 위한 산성 수용액.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 크롬 이온이 약 2-20g/ℓ의 양으로 존재하고, 질산염 이온이 약 0.5-6g/ℓ의 양으로 존재하며, 인산염 이온이 약 1-15g/ℓ의 양으로 존재하는 산성수용액.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 약 2이하의 pH를 제공하도록 수소 이온을 더 포함하는 산성 수용액.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 크롬-함유 부동화 피복물의 형성을 촉진시키기에 유효한 양으로 존재하는 불화이온을 더 포함하는 산성 수용액.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 불화 이온이 약 0.5g/ℓ의 양으로 존재하는 산성 수용액.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 크롬-함유 부동화 피복물의 형성을 촉진시키기에 유효한 양으로 존재하는 몰르브덴산염 이온을 더 포함하는 산성 수용액.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 몰리브덴산염 이온이 약 0.5-0.7g/ℓ의 양으로 존재하는 산성 수용액.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 크롬-함유 부동화 피복물의 형성을 촉진시키기에 유효한 양으로 존재하는 텅스텐산염 이온을 더 포함하는 산성 수용액.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 텅스텐산염 이온이 약 0.2g/ℓ의 양으로 존재하는 산성 수용액.
  10. 합금의 대부분이 희석후 아연 또는 아연-알루미늄 합금표면 위에 크롬-함유 부동화 피복물을 형성하기에 충분한 양으로 존재하는 6가 상태의 질산염 이온 및 인산염 이온인 크롬 이온을 포함하는 아연도는 아연-알루미늄 합금의 표면위에 크롬-함유 부동화 피복물을 형성하도록 처리용액을 형성하기 위해 물로 희석하기에 적당한 수성의 산성 농축액.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 크롬이온 약 219g/ℓ 질산염 이온 약 59g/ℓ 및 인산염 이온 약 142g/를 포함하는 농축액.
  12. 대부분이 6가 상태의 질산염 이온 및 인산염 이온이며 이들 이온이 크롬-함유 부동화 피복물을 형성하기에 충분한 양으로 존재하는 크롬 이온을 함유하는 거의 균일한 액체 막의 형태로 산성 수용액을 깨끗한 아연 또는 아연-알루미늄 합금 표면에 이용하는 단계와 액체막을 건조시키는 단계를 포함하며, 내식성을 증가시키기 위해 아연 또는 아연-알루미늄 합금을 부동화시키는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 용액이 크롬이온 약 2-20g/ℓ, 질산염 이온 약 0.5-6g/ℓ 및 인산염 이온 약 1-15g/ℓ를 포함하는 방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 용액이 pH를 약 2이하로 조절하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 용액이 아연-알루미늄 합금 표면위에 크롬-함유 피복물의 형성을 촉진시키기에 유효한 양으로 존재하는 불화물, 몰리브덴산염, 텅스텐산염 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 이온을 더 함유하는 방법.
  16. 제12항에 있어서, 용액의 온도를 약 100내지 190℉로 조절하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
  17. 제12항에 있어서, 용액의 온도를 약 130 내지 160℉로 조절하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
  18. 제12항에 있어서, 건조되었을 때 약 1mg/ft2의 크롬을 갖는 크롬-함유 피복물을 형성하기 위해 피복 단계를 조절하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
  19. 대부분이 6가 상태의 질산염 이온 및 인산염 이온이며 이들 이온의 크롬-함유 부동화 피복물을 형성하기에 충분한 양으로 존재하는 크롬 이온을 함유하는 거의 균일한 액체 막의 형태로 산성 수용액을 깨끗한 아연 또는 아연-알루미늄 합금 표면에 이용하는 단계와 액체막을 건조시키는 단계를 포함하며 시깃성을 증가시키기 위해 아연 또는 아연-알루미늄 합금을 부동화시키는 방법에 의하여 제조된 물품.
