Claims (5)
- 철강 및/또는 아연도금강과 알루미늄 합금과의 조합으로 이루어진 금속표면을 양이온 전착 도장전에 인산염용액으로 처리하는 방법에 있어서, 하기 4가지 조건을 만족하는 인산염 수용액을 상기 금속표면에 접촉시켜 피막화성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면의 인산염 처리방법.(a) 2.0≤Na 이온 + K 이온≤15.0(g/l)(즉, 나트륨이온과 칼륨이온 전체농도는 2.0 내지 15.0 g/l 범위임)(b) 1.0≤Mn 이온 + Ni 이온≤15.0(g/l)(즉, 망간이온과 니켈이온 전체농도는 1.0 내지 5.0 g/l 범위임)(c) 1.6-0.02 T ≤Zn 이온 ≤2.5-0.02T (g/l)(즉, 아연이온 농도가 (1.6-0.02T) 내지 (2.5-0.02T) g/l 범위임)(d) 8.0T-1≤유리 F-이온 ≤20.0T-1(g/l)(즉, 유리 F-이온의 농도는 8.0T-1내지 20.0T-1g/l 범위임)(상기 조건(c) 및 (d)에서 T는 인산염처리액의 온도(℃)로서, 20 ≤T ≤60 범위임)
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리 F-이온의 급원이 불화 수소산, 불화 칼륨, 불화나트륨, 산성 불화칼륨, 산성 불화나트륨, 불화암모늄, 산성 불화암모늄으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면의 인산염 처리방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 인산염수용액에 피막화성 촉진제로서 아질산이온, 질산이온, 니트로벤젠술폰산이온, 염소산이온 및 과산화수소로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 부가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면의 인산염 처리방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 인산염수용액과 금속표면과의 접촉이 15초 이상의 침지처리 및 그 후속으로 2초 이상의 분무처리를 조합하는 것으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면의 인산염 처리방법.
- 철강 및/또는 아연도금강과 알루미늄 합금과의 조합으로 이루어진 금속표면을 양이온 전착도장전에 처리하기 위한 인산염수용액을 구성하는 처리액에 있어서, 하기의 4가지 조건을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면의 인산염 처리방법.(a) 2.0≤Na 이온 + K 이온≤15.0(g/l)(즉, 나트륨이온과 칼륨이온 전체농도는 2.0 내지 15.0 g/l 범위임)(b) 1.0≤Mn 이온 + Ni 이온≤5.0(g/l)(즉, 망간이온과 니켈이온 전체농도는 1.0 내지 5.0 g/l 범위임)(c) 1.6-0.02 T ≤Zn 이온 ≤2.5-0.02T (g/l)(즉, 아연이온 농도가 (1.6-0.02T) 내지 (2.5-0.02T) g/l 범위임)(d) 8.0T-1≤유리 F-이온 ≤20.0T-1(g/l)(즉, 유리 F-이온의 농도는 8.0T-1내지 20.0T-1g/l 범위임)(상기 조건(c) 및 (d)에서 T는 인산염처리액의 온도(℃)로서, 20 ≤T ≤60 범위임)※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
