Abstract

인산염 코우팅을 가하여 제1철 물질의 비절단 냉간 가공을 용이하게 하는 방법에서, 제1철 물질은 주기율표 시스템의 제6아군의 원소가 없고 질소 화합물이 없고 바람직하게 또한 니켈이 없고 5-20g/ℓ아연, 1-15g/ℓ마그네슘, 10-26g/ℓ 인산염(P2O5로서 계산됨), 1-15g/ℓ 플루오로붕산염(BF4로서 계산됨), 1-7g/ℓ 염소산염(ClO3로서 계산됨) 및 바람직하게는 부가적으로 5-40g/ℓ 황산염(SO4로서 계산됨)을 함유하고, Zn : Mg : BF4의 중량비가 1 : (0.15-1) : (0.15-1)의 수치로 조정된 인산염 처리 용액내에 침지된다.

Claims (9)

  1. 주기율표 시스템의 제6아군의 원소가 없고 질소 화합물이 없고, 5-20g/ℓ 아연, 1-15g/ℓ 마그네슘, 10-26g/ℓ 인산염(P2O5로서 계산됨), 1-15g/ℓ 플루오로붕산염(BF4로서 계산됨), 1-7g/ℓ 염소산염(ClO3로서 계산됨)을 함유하고, Zn : Mg : BF4의 중량비가 1 : (0.15-1) : (0.15-1)의 수치로 조정되는 인산염 처리 용액에 제1철 물질을 침지시킴을 특징으로 하는, 아연 이온, Mg 이온 및 인산염 이온, 및 산화제를 함유하는 수성 산 인산염 처리 용액에 침지시킴으로써 인산염 코우팅을 가하여 제1철 물질의 비절단 냉간 가공을 용이하게 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 6-17g/ℓ 아연, 2-5g/ℓ 마그네슘, 13-20g/ℓ 인산염(P2O5로서 계산됨), 2-5g/ℓ 플루오로붕산염(BF4로서 계산됨), 2-4g/ℓ 염소산염(ClO3로서 계산됨)을 함유하는 인산염 처리 용액에 제1철 물질을 침지시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 1 : (0.23-0.46) : (0.23-0.46)로 Zn : Mg : BF4의 중량비를 갖도록 조정되는 인산염 처리 용액내에 제1철 물질을 침지시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1, 2 또는 3항에 있어서, 5-40g/ℓ 황산염(SO4로서 계산됨)을 함유하는 인산염 처리 용액내에 제1철 물질을 침지시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 10-30g/ℓ황산염(SO4로서 계산됨)을 함유하는 인산염 처리 용액내에 제1철 물질을 침지시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1-5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.1-0.4의 산비를 갖는 인산염 처리 용액내에 제1철 물질을 침지시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1-6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 니켈이 없는 인산염 처리 용액에 제1철 물질을 침지시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1-7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 50-70℃로 온도가 조정된 인산염 처리 용액내에 제1철 물질을 침지시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1-8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3-15분간 인산염 처리 용액내에 제1철 물질을 침지시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
