Claims (3)

  1. 금속표면과 인산아연 처리액을 접촉시켜 금속표면상에 인산아연피막을 형성시키는 것으로 구성되는 금속표면의 인산아연 처리방법에 있어서, 상기 처리액중에 착플루오르화물을 첨가하여 상기 처리액 중에 함유된 착플루오르화물의 헥사플루오로규산기 (SIFe6 2-)와 테트라플루오로붕산기 (BF4 -)중의 적어도 어느 하나로 환산한 농도 (단위 : g/l)가 상기 처리액중에 함유된 알루미늄 이온 농도 (단위 : g/l)와 하기 식 ( Ⅰ )을 만족하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면의 인산아연 처리방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 처리액의 유리산도(FA)가 0.1~0.8의 범위로 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면의 인산아연 처리방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 처리액중에 금속표면을 침지하여 인산아연 처리할때, 상기 처리액중에 함유되는 착플루오로프화물의 헥사플루오로규산기 (SiF6 2-)와, 테트라플루오로붕산기 (BF4 -)중의 적어도 어느 하나로 환산한 농도 (단위 : g/l)가 상기 처리액중에 함유된 알루미늄 이온 농도 (단위 : g/l)와 하기 식 ( Ⅱ )을 만족하도록 착플루오르화물을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면의 인산아연 처리방법.
