Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>''PROCESSO PARA FOSFATAçãO, RELAVAGEM E ENVERNIZAMENTO POR ELETROIMERSãO CATóDICO''<D>. A invenção refere-se a um processo para tratamento preliminar de superfícies de aço, aço galvanizado e/ou alumínio e/ou ligas dos mesmos, no qual, em uma primeira etapa do processo, fosfata-se com uma solução de fosfatação de zinco com um teor baixo de zinco, em uma segunda etapa do processo, relava-se as superfícies fosfatadas com uma solução aquosa, que contém 0,001 a 10 g/l de íons de lítio, íons de cobre e/ou íons de prata, e em uma terceira etapa do processo, aplica-se um verniz de eletroimersão, depositável catodicamente, com baixo teor de chumbo, que não contém mais do que 0,05% em peso de chumbo em relação à substância seca do verniz de imersão.
