本发明涉及工业磷化液领域,具体涉及一种适用于锌系磷化液的无渣促进剂。
背景技术
磷化是用磷化液药剂对金属进行表面处理,在其表面生成一层均匀、细密、耐腐蚀的磷化膜的过程。磷化处理在工业上应用非常广泛,主要用作防锈、润滑及涂装前处理。磷化处理是当前最广泛和最有效的一种涂装前处理方法,它能成倍地提高涂层的附着力和耐腐蚀性。
促进剂在磷化液中起到缩短磷化时间,加快磷化生成速度,降低磷化温度的作用,以提高磷化速率和磷化膜的性能。目前,实际生产中广泛应用的促进剂种类很多,但会产生一定数量的磷化沉渣,从而对磷化过程产生不利影响,进而影响磷化膜的质量和稳定性。
因此,本领域缺少一种能够有效减少磷化沉渣生成,从而保证磷化膜正常形成的新型促进剂。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中沉渣较多的不足,本发明目的是提供一种适用于锌系磷化液的无渣促进剂。
为了实现上述技术目的,达到上述的技术要求,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种适用于锌系磷化液的无渣促进剂,所述的促进剂包含有机硝基化合物,其中所述的有机硝基化合物为对硝基苯酚、硝基胍、硝基甲烷和二硝基苯。
