本发明针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,提供一种钢铁表面微渣前处理药剂及其制备方法,其包括以下重量份数原料:氧化锌5‑15份、磷酸30‑50份、络合剂2‑10份、氧化剂1‑5份、缓蚀剂0.001‑0.2份、阻垢剂0.1‑2份。作为优选的,所述氧化剂为硝酸盐、钼酸盐、硼酸盐中的一种或组合。生产工艺简单,常温下生产,条件容易控制,生产稳定。本发明既有传统磷化膜层耐蚀性强的优点,涂层附着力好,前处理生产过程中几乎没有磷化沉渣生成,长时间使用也只有微量沉渣产生,减少了固废处理、节约成本,优化前处理质量,提高涂装效率。本发明不含锰、铬、镍等一类受控重金属,对环境友好,适应环保需求。本发明在涂装前处理生产过程中操作简单易控。

本发明涉及钢铁表面微渣处理技术领域,具体涉及一种钢铁表面微渣前处理药剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统钢铁表面前处理药剂——磷化剂,除了用基本原材料氧化锌和磷酸以外,往往还要添加硝酸镍、碳酸锰、三氧化二锑等重金属元素,磷化成膜速度较慢,还有大量的磷化沉渣产生,随着环保要求越来越严苛,传统磷化药剂越来越不适应新的社会发展需求。
近几年市面上涌现出陶化剂,硅烷皮膜剂等新型产品,生产过程中产生的沉渣极少几乎没有沉渣产生;但是由于其成膜机理不同,其所形成的膜层极薄,钢铁表面容易形成水迹锈,耐蚀性和涂层附着力明显降低,又不能满足较高要求的涂装需要。
现在市面上的绝大多数磷化剂成膜速度慢,处理后又有比较多的磷化沉渣生成,增加固废排放,造成环境污染,而新型的陶化剂、硅烷皮膜剂,由于成膜机理不同,其膜层极薄,容易形成水迹锈,其耐蚀性和涂层附着力明显降低,又不能满足较高的涂装生产需要。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,提供一种钢铁表面微渣前处理药剂及其制备方法,生产工艺简单,常温下生产,条件容易控制,生产稳定。本发明既有传统磷化膜层耐蚀性强的优点,涂层附着力好,前处理生产过程中几乎没有磷化沉渣生成,长时间使用也只有微量沉渣产生,减少了固废处理、节约成本,优化前处理质量,提高涂装效率。本发明不含锰、铬、镍等一类受控重金属,对环境友好,适应环保需求。本发明在涂装前处理生产过程中操作简单易控。
基于此,本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种钢铁表面微渣前处理药剂,其包括以下重量份数原料:氧化锌5-15份、磷酸30-50份、络合剂2-10份、氧化剂1-5份、缓蚀剂0.001-0.2份、阻垢剂0.1-2份。作为优选的,所述氧化剂为硝酸盐、钼酸盐、硼酸盐中的一种或组合。
作为优选的,所述缓蚀剂为咪唑啉、季铵盐、若丁、苯丙三氮唑中的一种或组合。
作为优选的,所述络合剂为柠檬酸/柠檬酸钠、酒石酸/酒石酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠/乙二胺四乙酸四钠中的一种或组合。
作为优选的,所述阻垢剂为有机膦酸乙二胺四甲叉膦酸、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸、2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4三羧酸、有机磷酸盐氨基三甲叉膦酸钾、羟基乙叉二膦酸二钠/羟基乙叉二膦酸四钠中的一种或组合。
本发明还提供了一种钢铁表面微渣前处理药剂的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
步骤A:以重量份数计,向反应釜中预先加入10-45份纯净水,再加入5-15份氧化锌,然后开启搅拌机进行搅拌,搅拌时间为20-30分钟以使得氧化锌充分湿润。
步骤B:向步骤A中的反应釜中缓慢加入30-50份磷酸,并在加入磷酸过程中进行搅拌,搅拌时间为30-60分钟,直至氧化锌和磷酸反应完全,以至于混合液显澄清状态。
步骤C:待步骤B反应结束后,向反应釜中依次加入2-10份络合剂、1-5份氧化剂、缓蚀剂0.001-0.2份、阻垢剂0.1-2份;分别反应30-60分钟,直至混合液完全澄清。
步骤D:步骤C反应结束后,待混合液冷却后进行计量包装。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了一种钢铁表面微渣前处理药剂及其制备方法,生产工艺简单,常温下生产,条件容易控制,生产稳定。本发明既有传统磷化膜层耐蚀性强的优点,涂层附着力好,前处理生产过程中几乎没有磷化沉渣生成,长时间使用也只有微量沉渣产生,减少了固废处理、节约成本,优化前处理质量,提高涂装效率。本发明不含锰、铬、镍等一类受控重金属,对环境友好,适应环保需求。本发明在涂装前处理生产过程中操作简单易控。
具体实施方式
实施例一
本实施例公开了一种钢铁表面微渣前处理药剂,其包括以下重量份数原料:氧化锌5份、磷酸30份、柠檬酸2份、硝酸锌1份、咪唑啉0.001份、有机膦酸乙二胺四甲叉膦酸0.1份。
实施例二
本实施例公开了一种钢铁表面微渣前处理药剂,其包括以下重量份数原料:氧化锌10份、磷酸40份、酒石酸5份、钼酸盐2份、季铵盐0.1份、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸1份。
实施例三
本实施例公开了一种钢铁表面微渣前处理药剂,其包括以下重量份数原料:氧化锌15份、磷酸50份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠10份、硼酸盐5份、苯丙三氮唑中0.2份、2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4三羧酸2份。
实施例四
本实施例公开了一种钢铁表面微渣前处理药剂,以100g药剂中包括以下重量份数原料:氧化锌7份、磷酸35份、酒石酸5份、硝酸钠2份、苯丙三氮唑中0.002份、乙二胺四乙酸四钠1份、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸0.15份、2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4三羧酸0.1份,余量为水。本实施例中的份即为g。
作为本实施例的对照组,购买两个不同型号的现有磷化剂与本实施例作为实验组进行对比试验,取250ml烧杯三个(1#、2#、3#),各注入180g自来水,分别添加现有技术的两种磷化剂20ml(1#和2#),以及本实施例的药剂20ml(3#),并各添加促进剂0.4ml。取10*5*2cm冷轧钢板若干备用,将冷轧钢板放入三个烧杯中,可见,1#和2#烧杯内第一次放入时即出现沉渣,后取相同面积的冷轧钢板同时放入和取出于三个烧杯中,至第十次时,1#和2#烧杯内沉渣太多已影响成膜,随即停止。而3#烧杯至第40次时开始出现沉渣,过滤后烘干称量,沉渣重量为0.012g。详见下表:
本实施例公开了一种钢铁表面微渣前处理药剂的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
步骤A:以重量份数计,向反应釜中预先加入10-45份纯净水,再加入5-15份氧化锌,然后开启搅拌机进行搅拌,搅拌时间为20-30分钟以使得氧化锌充分湿润。
步骤B:向步骤A中的反应釜中缓慢加入30-50份磷酸,并在加入磷酸过程中进行搅拌,搅拌时间为30-60分钟,直至氧化锌和磷酸反应完全,以至于混合液显澄清状态。
步骤C:待步骤B反应结束后,向反应釜中依次加入2-10份络合剂、1-5份氧化剂、缓蚀剂0.001-0.2份、阻垢剂0.1-2份;分别反应30-60分钟,直至混合液完全澄清。
步骤D:步骤C反应结束后,待混合液冷却后进行计量包装。
本实施例中的所述氧化剂为硝酸盐、钼酸盐、硼酸盐中的一种或组合。所述缓蚀剂为咪唑啉、季铵盐、若丁、苯丙三氮唑中的一种或组合。所述络合剂为柠檬酸/柠檬酸钠、酒石酸/酒石酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠/乙二胺四乙酸四钠中的一种或组合。所述阻垢剂为有机膦酸乙二胺四甲叉膦酸、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸、2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4三羧酸、有机磷酸盐氨基三甲叉膦酸钾、羟基乙叉二膦酸二钠/羟基乙叉二膦酸四钠中的一种或组合。且上述组合可以是任意比。

Claims (6)
1.一种钢铁表面微渣前处理药剂,其特征在于,其包括以下重量份数原料:氧化锌5-15份、磷酸30-50份、络合剂2-10份、氧化剂1-5份、缓蚀剂0.001-0.2份、阻垢剂0.1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢铁表面微渣前处理药剂,其特征在于,所述氧化剂为硝酸盐、钼酸盐、硼酸盐中的一种或组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢铁表面微渣前处理药剂,其特征在于,所述缓蚀剂为咪唑啉、季铵盐、若丁、苯丙三氮唑中的一种或组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢铁表面微渣前处理药剂,其特征在于,所述络合剂为柠檬酸/柠檬酸钠、酒石酸/酒石酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠/乙二胺四乙酸四钠中的一种或组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢铁表面微渣前处理药剂,其特征在于,所述阻垢剂为有机膦酸乙二胺四甲叉膦酸、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸、2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4三羧酸、有机磷酸盐氨基三甲叉膦酸钾、羟基乙叉二膦酸二钠/羟基乙叉二膦酸四钠中的一种或组合。
6.一种钢铁表面微渣前处理药剂的制备方法,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:
步骤A:以重量份数计,向反应釜中预先加入10-45份纯净水,再加入5-15份氧化锌,然后开启搅拌机进行搅拌,搅拌时间为20-30分钟以使得氧化锌充分湿润;
步骤B:向步骤A中的反应釜中缓慢加入30-50份磷酸,并在加入磷酸过程中进行搅拌,搅拌时间为30-60分钟,直至氧化锌和磷酸反应完全,以至于混合液显澄清状态;
步骤C:待步骤B反应结束后,向反应釜中依次加入2-10份络合剂、1-5份氧化剂、缓蚀剂0.001-0.2份、阻垢剂0.1-2份;分别反应30-60分钟,直至混合液完全澄清;
步骤D:步骤C反应结束后,待混合液冷却后进行计量包装。
