Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROTEçãO CONTRA CORROSãO DE FITAS DE AçO GALVANIZADAS E GALVANIZADAS COM LIGA"<D>. Processo para proteção contra corrosão de fitas de aço galvanizadas ou galvanizadas com liga, caracterizado pelo fato de que as fitas de aço galvanizadas ou galvanizadas com liga são postas em contato com uma solução de tratamento aquosa, com um valor de pH na ordem de 1,5 a 3,5, que contém 1 a 20 g/l de íons de manganês (II) e 1 a 150 g/l de íons de fosfato, e a solução é seca sem lavagem intermediária. A solução facultativamente pode conter, adicionalmente: até 10 g/l de íons de zinco, até 10 g/l de íons de níquel, até 20 g/l de íons de titânio, até 50 g/l de silício na forma de compostos de silício, até 30 g/l de íons de fluoreto, até 150 g/l de um ou mais polímeros ou copolímeros de ácidos carboxílicos polimerizáveis, escolhidos de ácido acrílico, ácido metacrílico, ácido maléico e seus ésteres com álcoois, com 1 a 6 átomos de C. Além disso, a invenção refere-se às fitas metálicas tratadas de modo correspondente.
