Abstract

Procedimiento para la protección contra la corrosión de bandas de acero galvanizadas o galvanizadas con aleación, caracterizado porque se ponen en contacto las bandas de acero galvanizadas o galvanizadas con aleación con una solución acuosa de tratamiento con un valor del pH en el intervalo de 1,5 hasta 3,5, que está exento de iones solubles de molibdato, de wolframato, de vanadato, de novato y/o de tantalato y que contiene desde 1 hasta 20 g/l de iones manganeso (II), desde 1 hasta 150 g/l de iones fosfato y hasta 150 g/l de uno o varios polímeros o copolímeros de ácidos carboxílicos polimerizables elegidos entre el ácido acrílico, el ácido metacrílico, el ácido maleico y sus ésteres con alcoholes con 1 hasta 6 átomos de carbono, y la solución se seca sin enjuagado intermedio.
