Claims (9)
- 아연(II)이온 0.2∼1.0g/ℓ, 망간(II)이온 0.2∼2.0g/ℓ, 마그네슘(II)이온 0.5∼2.0g/ℓ, 포스페이트 이온 10.0∼20.0g/ℓ, 플루오라이드 이온 0.0∼ 1.0g/ℓ, 니트레이트 이온 0.2∼10.0g/ℓ 및, 촉진제로서 니트라이트 이온 0.02∼0.2g/ℓ, 및/또는 클로레이트 이온 0.4∼1g/ℓ 및/또는 유기 산화제 0.2∼1.0g/ℓ를 함유하고 유리산의 함량이 0.6∼1.8포인트이며, 산의 총함량이 15∼30 포인트이고, 유리산을 조절하는데 필요한 양의 Na+가 존재하고 있는 수용액을 사용하여 이를 분무, 분무-침액 및/또는 침액함으로써, 강철, 아연, 알루미늄 및/또는 이들의 합금상에 망간 및 마그네슘 함유 아연 포스페이프 코팅을 형성하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용액이 아연(II)이온 0.4∼0.6g/ℓ, 망간(II)이온 0.9∼1.1g/ℓ, 마그네슘(II) 이온 1.4∼1.6g/ℓ, 포스페이트이온 12.0∼16.0g/ℓ, 니트레이트 이온 1.0∼5.0g/ℓ 및 플루오라이드 이온 0.4∼0.6g/ℓ을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 수용액이 니켈(II) 이온 0.2∼0.8g/ℓ을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 수용액이 니켈(II) 이온 0.25∼0.5g/ℓ을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3-니트로벤젠술폰산을 유기 산화제로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 3-니트로벤젠술폰산의 나트륨염을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 포스페이트화 조작을 40~70℃ 범위의 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 강철, 아연 도금 강철, 알루미늄의 표면 및/또는 각각의 합금-개질된 표면을 1~5분을 동안 포스페이트화하여 층을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 금속 표면상에 페인팅, 특히 전기-집 코우팅을 형성하는 방법으로서, 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한항에 따른 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
