Abstract

Yüzeylerin ön muamelesi için bir yöntem olup, agirlik itibariyle en az %50 demir, çinko veya alüminyumdan olusan çelik, galvanizli çelik ve/veya alüminyum ve/veya alasimlardan mamul yüzeyler uygulanir ve asagidaki basamaklari içerir: (a) tabaka olusturucu fosfatlama; burada pH degeri 2.5 ila 3.6 arasinda olan ve çinko içeren asidik bir fosfatlama solüsyonu kullanilir; (b) sonradan durulama; burada pH degeri 3.4 ila 6 arasinda olan ve 0,001 ila 10g/i bakir iyonu içeren sulu bir solüsyon kullanilir; (c) katodik elektro-kaplama, burada elektro-kaplama cilasinin kuru madde içerigine göre, agirlik itibariyla en çok % 0.05 kursun içeren,katodik açidan çökelebilen bir elektrikli kaplama cilasi kullanilir.
