Abstract

본 발명은 인산염 처리된 아연 및 아연계 합금 도금강판 표면의 인산염 기공내에 전도성이 우수한 물질, 특히 구리를 석출시키므로 용접성이 우수한 아연?? 아연계 합금 도장강판의 제조방법을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다. 본 발명은 아연 및 아연계 합금 도금강판의 제조방법에 있어서, 통상의 방법으로 도금되고 인산염처리된 강판을 구리이온농도:0.1∼4.0g/ℓ인 수용액에 2∼20초 동안 침지시킨후, 통상의 방법으로 후처리함을 특징으로 하는 용접성이 우수한 아연 및 아연계 합금 도금 강판의 제조방법을 제공함을 그 요지로 한다.

  1. 아연 및 아연계 합금 도금강판의 제조방법에 있어서, 통상의 방법으로 도금되고 인산염처리된 강판을 구리이온농도:0.1∼4.0g/ℓ인 수용액에 2∼20초 동안 침지시킨후, 통싱의 방법으로 후처리함을 특징으로 하는 용접성이 우수한 아연 및 아연계 합금 도금 강판의 제조방법.
