제1도는 퇴적된 금속크롬의 중량의 함수로서 주석이 풍부한 강철편을 래커칠한 후의 부식 저항력을 표시하는 도표이다.
제2도는 퇴적된 금속크롬의 중량의 함수로서 주석이 풍부한 강철편의 용접성을 표시하는 도표이다.
제4도는 평탄한 표면과 부분적으로 돌출한 표면을 가지는 금속크롬층을 가지는 강철편의 하중에 대한 접촉저항력을 표시하는 도표이다.
Claims (4)
- 표면과 40 내지 150mg/㎡의 중량에서 강철표면에 형성된 금속크롬층과 5 내지 25mg/㎡의 중량에서 상술한 금속크롬층 위에 형성된 비금속크롬층과 또한 거기서는 금속크롬층은 상술한 비금속크롬층에 인접하여 그 자체의 표면에 돌기부를 가지는 용접캔의 제조에 유용한 주석없는 강철편.
- 표면과 40 내지 150mg/㎡의 중량에서 강철표면에 형성된 금속크롬층 구상술한 금속크롬층상에 5 내지 25mg/㎡의 중량에서 형성된바 비금속크롬층과, 거기서는 상술한 비금속크롬층에 인접하여 그 자체의 표면에 돌기부를 가지며, 상술한 공정은 하기와 같은 단계를 포함한다. 즉, 6원자가 크롬이온을 함유하는 수용액내에서 강철편을 크롬코오팅하고, 상술한 크롬도금된 강철편이 양극으로 되어있는 강철편으로 전해처리를 받고, 상술한 강철편은 6원자가 크롬이온과 크롬도금 조성물을 함유하는 수용액에서 음극처리를 받는 용접캔의 제조에 유익한 주석없는 강철편의 제조방법.
- 표면과 40 내지 150mg/㎡의 중량에서 강철표면에 형성된 금속크롬층과 상술한 금속크롬층상에 형성된 5 내지 25mg/㎡의 비금속크롬층을 가지는 강철편을 포함하고, 거기서는 금속크롬층이 상술한 비금속크롬층에 인접하는 그 자체의 표면에 1×1011내지 1×1014의 돌기부를 가지며, 상술한 돌기부는 그 기부에 5 내지 1000mm의 직경을 가지는 용접캔의 제조에 유익한 주석없는 강철편의 제조방법.
- 표면과 40 내지 150mg/㎡의 중량에서 강철표면에 형성된 금속크롬층과, 상술한 금속크롬층상에 5 내지 25mg/㎡의 중량으로 형성된 비금속 크롬층을 가지는 강철편을 포함하고, 또 거기에는 상술한 금속크롬층은 상술한 비금속크롬층에 인접하는 그 자체의 표면에 평방미터당 1×1011내지 1×1014의 돌기부를 가지며, 상술한 돌기부는 5 내지 1000mm의 직경을 그 기부(base)가지며, 상술한 공정은 아래의 단계를 가진다.즉, 40 내지 140mg/㎡의 금속크롬중량에서 6원자가 크롬이온은 함유하고, 양극으로된 강철편으로 0.1 내지 10C/dm2의 전류량에서 상술한 크롬도금된 강철편은 전해처리되고, 상술한 강철편은 10 내지 60mg/㎡의 중량에서 추가적인 금속크롬층을 퇴적하도록 6원자가 크롬이온과 크롬도금조성물을 함유하는 수용액 내에서 음극처리를 받는 용접캔의 제조에 유익한 주석없는 강철편의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
