제1도는 음극 전해처리에 의해 산화물층을 제거하는데 필요한 전류량의 점에서 보다 냉간압연 강스트립의 비도금 표면에 남아있는 산화물층의 양과 비도금 표면의 화성처리능의 정도사이의 관계를 나타낸 그래프도.
제2도는 자연 환원시간의 점에서 나타낸 냉간압연 강스트립의 비도금 표면에 남아있는 산화물층의 분포와 비도금 표면의 화성처리능의 정도사이의 관계를 나타낸 그래프도.
제3도는 산화물층의 실시예의 설명적 단면도.
제4도는 산화물층의 다른 실시예의 설명적 단면도.
Claims (11)
- 비도금된 표면에 산화물층을 형성하기 위해 냉간압연 강스트립의 최소한 하나의 비도금된 표면에 전해처리를 가하는 단계와 산화물층의 남은 부분이 정전류밀도 5μA/cm2에서 pH6.4, 붕사 19.06g/ℓ를 포함하는 수용액내에서 음극 전해처리에 의해 산화물층의 남은 부분을 완전하게 용융하는데 필요한 전기량이 0.05-4.0cm/cm2에 상당한 양이며 자연환원시간이 1.0-200초에 상당하는 각각이 분리된 다수의 점의 형태로 있는 정도로까지 산화물층의 부분을 제거하기 위해 냉간압연 강스트립의 양극 전해처리된 표면에 음극 전해처리를 가하는 단계로 구성되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화성처리가 대단히 쉬운 냉간압연 강스트립 제조공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기량 0.1-150C/dm2으로 전류밀도 1-120A/dm2에서 음극 전해처리가 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화성처리가 대단히 쉬운 냉간압연 강스트립 제조공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, Na2SO4, Na2CO3, K2SO4, K2CO3, NaH2PO4, Na3HPO4, Na3PO4, H2PO4로부터 선택된 최소한 하나의 원소를 포함하는 전해 수용액을 사용함으로써 상기 음극 전해처리가 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화성처리가 대단히 쉬운 냉간압연 강스트립 제조공정.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전해수용액이 pH3-10인 것을 특징으로 하는 화성처리가 대단히 쉬운 냉간압연 강스트립 제조공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉간압연 강스트립이 연속적으로 어니일링된 것을 특징으로 하는 화성처리가 대단히 쉬운 냉간압연 강스트립 제조공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉간압연 강스트립이 Ti, Nb 그리고 B에서 선택된 최소한 하나의 원소를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 화성처리가 대단히 쉬운 냉간압연 강스트립 제조공정.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 공정에 의해 생산된 화성처리가 대단히 쉬운 냉간 압연 강스트립.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 공정에 의해 생산된 화성처리가 대단히 쉬운 한쪽 면만 도금된 냉간압연 강스트립.
- 제1항에 있어서, 냉간압연 강스트립의 한쪽면을 도금하기 위한 장치로부터 아래로 배열된 양극 전해처리를 실행하기 위한 장치와 양극 전해처리장치로부터 아래로 배열된 음극 전해처리를 행하기 위한 장치로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 공정을 행하기 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 냉간압연 강스트립을 위한 연속 어니일링으로부터 아래로 배열된 양극 전해처리를 행하기 위한 장치와 양극 전해처리 장치로부터 아래로 배열된 음극 전해처리를 행하기 위한 장치로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 공정을 행하기 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 냉간압연 강스트립을 위한 양극 전해처리를 행하는 장치와 양극 전해처리 장치로부터 아래로 강스트립을 래커칠하기 위한 장치 위쪽으로 배열된 음극 전해처리를 행하는 장치로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 공정을 수행하기 위한 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
