Abstract
PURPOSE: To form a selective absorption membrane in a short time by carrying out anodic oxidation treatment of an aluminum material in an aqueous phosphoric acid soln. of specific concns. and specific soln. temps.
CONSTITUTION: As anodic oxidation treatment for an aluminum material, said material is electrolyzed in a high-concn. aqueous phosphoric acid soln. of ≥50g/l concns., more preferably 80W300g/l by maintaining the soln. temp. at 35W80°C and applying DC and AC of, for example, about 10W30V voltages and about 0.6W 4A/dm2 current densities, thereby forming a porous anodized film of ≤1μm thickness, preferably 0.3W0.5μm on the surface of the aluminum material. The treatment time is about 0.5W5min. Thence, the electrolytic treatment is accomplished in the electrolyte at metallic salt concns. therein of 50W200g/l Ni salt, 50W200g/l Co salt, 15W100g/l copper salt, 5W50g/l tin salt, and 5W50g/l iron salt, and at 35W 85°C soln. temps.
