Abstract
PURPOSE: To shorten a treatment time and form a superior selective absorption membrane by anodizing an aluminum material to form a porous oxide film thereon, thence subjecting the same to electrolytic treatment in two divided stages of a specific aqueous metallic salt soln. and an aqueous tin salt soln.
CONSTITUTION: A pretreated aluminum material is anodized by a conventional method. An aqueous phosphoric acid soln. of preferably ≥50g/l concn. and 35W 80°C soln. temps. is used. The thickness of the membrane is about ≤1μm, and the treatment time is about 0.5W3.0min. Thence, primary electrolysis is carried out in an aqueous metallic salt soln. The concns. of metallic salts are 50W200g/l Ni salt, 50W200g/l Co salt, 15W100g/l copper salt, and 20W200g/l iron salt, either one of which is used. Further, the secondary electrolysis is carried out in an aqueous soln. of 2W50g/l tin salt. Thereby, the treatment time for the purpose of blackening is considerably reduced, and the treatment is completed in about optimum time 1W3min.
