Abstract
PURPOSE: To manufacture a high strength, highly durable and highly efficient heat collection plate by clad rolling of aluminum foil with other metallic plate such as iron, copper etc. to make those material into one body.
CONSTITUTION: A coiled aluminum foil is delivered and degreased at a preparatory processing position 2, and subjected to a perform oxidizing process at anodizing position 3 using an electrolytic solution such as sulphric acid, to form porous anodized film on the surface of the foil. Then the foil is led to an electrolytic coloring position 4, and subjected to an electrolytic process with metallic salt. Further, metals are depositted in the fine holes of said oxidized film to make the surface of the aluminum foil black and form into a solar heat absorption film. This is led to between rubber rolls 5, 5, where separate coiled metal plates 6 of iron, copper, etc., are overlapped to the back side of the aluminum, foil 1, and pressed to adhere. Thus, a solar heat collection plate 7 having strength and durability can be obtained.
