Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to obtain in a simple manner a high precision solar heat collecting product which is comparatively large-sized and which has a complicated configuration by a method wherein a selective absorbing film is formed on a metallic foil to produce a selective absorbing foil and the foil is overlapped on a separate collector body to thereby constitute the captioned solar heat collector.
CONSTITUTION: The selective absorbing film 2 made of black chromium or the like is formed on the metallic foil 1 made of aluminum or other metals of a thickness in the order of about several tens of microns by vacuum deposition or other film forming methods so as to produce the selective absorbing foil 3. Then, the foil 3 is laid on the corrugated collector body 4 made of glass or a metal and is adhered or pressure-bonded to the latter to thereby constitute the solar heat collector. According to the above method, it is not necessary to form the selective absorbing film directly on the collector body and therefore, a product having a desired size and a configuration can be produced accurately and in a simple manner.
