Abstract
PURPOSE: To prepare the titled plate material efficiently and continuously, by performing the anodic oxidation treatment of a coil-shaped Al plate, forming a selective absorption film for solar energy on the Al plate by electrolytically treating the plate and then sticking a synthetic resin protective film on the plate.
CONSTITUTION: The coil-shaped Al plate 1 is continuously drawn out into a pretreating section 2 to perform prescribed pretreatments such as degreasing of the plate. Subsequently, the plate is introduced through an anodic oxidation treatment section 3 to form a porous anodic oxide film on the surface of the Al plate 1. Next, the plate is sent through an electrolytic coloring section 4 and here the electrolytic treatment is performed in an electrolytic liquid containing at least one metal salt of Ni salt, Cu salt, Sn salt, Co salt, Fe salt and the like. By said treatment, a metal is deposited in fine pores of the oxide film to fill the pores, a black selective absorption film for solar energy is formed on the surface of the plate 1. Subsequently, under the pressure of a pair of press rolls 5, 5 made of rubber, a synthetic resin film 6 is pressed down to the plate 1 to be adhered on the plate peelably and then is wound up into a coil 7.
