Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a solar energy collector plate having an imporved durability by a method wherein an aluminum member is oxidated to form an anode and then electrolyzed in water solution to form a selective absorption film, thereafter immersed in a synthetic resin solution having a high moisture-proof and heat-resistant characteristic.
CONSTITUTION: This process is comprised of the steps of forming a selective absorption film for a solar energy on a surface of an aluminum member electrolyzed in water solution containing metalic salt after the member is oxidated to form an anode, and forming this selective covering layer composed of a silicon resin having a moisture-proof and a heat resistant characteristics on a surface of the aluminum member provided with said selective absorption film.
