Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the heat efficiency of a solar heat collector which contains a heat collecting plate in a box in which a transparent plate is provided on the surface by arranging a transparent convection loss preventive structure having a specific height between the transparent plate and the heat collecting plate, thereby suppressing the heat loss.
CONSTITUTION: A solar heat collector 30 has a heat collecting plate 2, a heat medium passage 3 forming the passage of a heat medium at a part of the plate 2, a transparent plate 4 made of glass plate or the like, a heat insulating plate 5 and an outer box 6 for containing the overall heat collector. A selectively absorptive surface is treated on the surface of the plate 2, and a honeycomb structure 31 is arranged as a convection loss preventive structure made of a transparent substance, e.g., ethylene fluoride resin film or the like between the plates 2 and 4. The height of the structure 31 is set at approx. 1/2 of an interval between the plates 4 and 2, and the material of the structure 31 is, for example, a copolymer FEP of the like of ethylene tetrafluoride and propylene hexafluoride.
