Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the anti-corrosive property of the solar heat collecting plate without loosing the orginal heat absorbing property thereof by a method wherein a film for selectively absorbing solar heat energy is formed on a metallic substrate made of aluminum and a covering layer consisting of acrylic resin is formed on the surface of the film.
CONSTITUTION: For the metallic substrate, aluminum or copper is used. In this case, it is advantageous for the substrate to be coated with the selective solar heat adsorbing film because the resin covering layer can be adhered tightly to the substrate and the durability of the heat collecting plate can be improved. The selective solar heat absorbing film is produced in such a manner that the aluminum substrate is treated by an anode oxidation process to form a porous oxide film thereon and then subjected to electrolysis in an aqueous solution containing metallic salt. Further, the arylic resin for forming the covering layer over the solar heat adsorbing film is preferably of solvent type and the covering layer is preferably formed by means of a dipping method so as to make the layer uniform. The adjustment of the amount of adhesion of the resin component in the resin covering layer is made by the adjustment of viscosity of a solution of the resin with a solvent and it is preferable that the amount of adhesion be about 0.1W1g/m2, especially around 0.3W0.5g/m2.
