Abstract
PURPOSE: To prepare the heat collecting plate for solar heat having excellent selective absorption performance, by heat-treating an Al-Si-Mg-containing Al extridate under a specific condition and then by performing the anodic oxidation treatment of said extrudate before electrolytically treating in an aqueous solution containing a metallic salt.
CONSTITUTION: The Al-Si-Mg-containing Al extrudate containing about 0.2W 0.8% Si and about 0.4W1.2% Mg is used as a base material. The extrudate is heat-treated for 1W12hr at 150W190°C. Subsequently, the anodic oxidation treatment of the extrudate is performed and then electrolytically treated in an aqueous solution containing a metallic salt to form a selective absorption film for solar heat energy on the surface. Thus, the heat collecting plate for solar heat made of Al extrudate which has an absorption ratio of about 0.94% or more and a Vickers hardness of 70Hv or more and has excellent selective absorption performance and strength can be prefared.
