Abstract
PURPOSE: To prepare the titled plate having excellent strength, durability and heat absorption efficiency at a low cost, by coating the different metal surface of an Al laminated plate before performing the anodic oxidation of the laminated plate, and then forming a selective absorption film for solar heat energy the electrolytically treating the plate.
CONSTITUTION: A laminated plate having a different metal plate such as iron and copper plates clad on an Al plate is used. The different metal surface of the laminated plate is substantially coated not to be brought into contact with an electrolytic treatment liquid. The anodic oxidation treatment of thus obtained laminated plate is performed to form a porous anodic oxide film on the Al surface. Subsequently, the electrolytic treatment of the plate is performed using an aqueous solution containing at least one compound of Ni salt, Co salt, Cu salt, Sn salt, Fe salt and the like as an electrolytic liquid. By this treatment, black metals are deposited in fine pores of the Al oxide film, and thus a black selective absorption film for slar energy is formed. The selection of a different metal enables the selective preparation of a heat collecting plate for solar energy having excellent strength, durability and substantial heat absorption efficiency.
